Booking a holiday through cheeky monkey with live chat was initially off putting as unsure if it was automated and would later be transferred, but to my surprise the live chat was with a person who was able to answer all my queries and provide the full cost. He also offered alternatives to what I initially requested which can be helpful if the hotel is not able to fulfill all your needs.

Receiving a phone call to finalise the details and take payment gave me reassurance as this is my 1st experience booking with this company.

I used the web chat function to make initial contact and Nora was very responsive and responded to my questions efficiently. I then had a telephone conversation with Nora and organised payment. Even though I lost mobile signal Nora ensures to call me back to complete the booking. Very happy with the service received.
