Efficient and really friendly

Missed my flight and was looking to rebook. Ahmad and Rachel were both super helpful, they found me a really good alternative that would get me to my destination without much delay. Fast, efficient and friendly service.

Aleesha is a star ⭐️

We had an absolute nightmare of a morning at Gatwick Airport with Wizz Airlines, with delayed flights, check in problems, poor customer service skills and the unwillingness to help.

Just when we thought our holiday/New Year/birthday weekend was ruined and we would have to go home, we spoke to Aleesha at Skybreak and she was like a light at the end of the tunnel! She explained everything so well, gave us another option so we wouldn’t miss our holiday, rebooked the next flight for us and even checked us in there and then to ensure we wouldn’t miss another flight due to Wizz Airlines utterly disappointing customer service. She was empathetic, relatable and kind, we couldn’t thank her enough for saving us from a menty b at the airport!

TrustSkybreak

I would like to take this opportunity to strongly congratulate both Vaideh and Skybreak, for helping me out of a total nightmare! To cut a very long and painful story short, all parties including Kiwi.com Ryanair, Aer Lingus and British Airways failed miserably with my expensive booking I had paid for in advance with good faith for the return of services. Vaideh was expert and had convinced me despite the price. She was offering almost double what I had paid previously to take that price. And that flight on that day and I'm so glad I did. Otherwise the price and more importantly, the availability would have gone up-and-down respectively. I admire and I completely commend Vaidehi and Skybreak. Whom I would fly with again, without any question and equally strongly recommend! Trustpilot, to review Skybreak, seems very fitting and pertinent!  Trust Skybreak.

We missed our flight to Malta and had to rebook. It was very stressful however, Bea remained calm and polite throughout the booking process. Thank you so much Bea for making a stressful situation calm. I would highly recommend Skybreak.

We had a problem with our flight, and we was very frustrating time and the truth is that the guys who helped us (Alvin, Sara and Ahmed) were incredibly good to us and helped us solve our problem and we can travel happily. Thank you guys, you are the best.

I want to commend the service given to…

I want to commend the service given to us by Charlie at Gatwick airport, a group that included my daughter lost their connection with Norwegian airlines, and Charlie solved the problem with professionalism, efficiency and caring. Seeing hiw distressed the people in the troup were, she calmly solved the problem by contactong Norwegian and informing hiw the situation was developing, she managed to rebook them to their final destination and accompanied them to the door of the plane
She was an angel and I do not have enough words to thank her , she was an angel

My best experience ever at LHR

I missed my flight from LHR to YYZ on November 17th 2024. Anwar and Vinita made my miserable day into an unforgettable one. They went way beyond their duties to help me out and get me a new ticket. Please hire more people like them. So professional so polite so helpful so kind so attentive. Having people like Anwar and Vinita is essential for a successful business. Thank you Vaidehi, Ahmad, and Rachel!

I had such a great experience using Skybreak at the London Heathrow Airport. I was first helped by Ahmad who was searching for flights for me to get me back to the U.S. and then Vaidehi joined to help. Rachel joined in later and also helped with the process. I am so thankful for all the help I received! Seriously, I am so glad that everyone was helping me out!!!

THANK GOODNESS FOR SKYBREAK

EasyJet canceled our connecting flight and was unfortunately was of no help to us finding an alternate flight. Thank goodness we stumbled upon Skybreak. Handan was knowledgeable, patient and helped us through the entire process – – getting us a flight at another airport and booking our new reservations. Thank you Handan at SkyBreak!

We were at gatwick a day ago we were due to fly out to tenarife unfortunately my wife was told she could not fly out her world just fell apart and our kids we don’t live in the uk and we did not know where or what to do and how would we get home nobody cared not even the airline but when we approached Skybreak we met Philip with his kind patient and through full words and actions we were able to go home thanks so so much to him and the rest of the team that day my wife and children were destroyed it was a mess and honestly we are gratefully to Philip and hope our paths will cross another day but In a good way so thanks Philip we raise a glass to you and the team x that’s from my wife
