Easyjet failed, saved by Charlie!

EasyJet cancelled my flight while I was sat in LGW north terminal. I hate that airline but that’s enough about them! I went to the sky break desk and was helped out by Charlie, a complete rock star who managed to book me a hotel and alternative flight incl boarding card. She was amazing!

Thank you Skybreak and Denise in particular

Denise was incredibly helpful finding me an alternative flight when wizzair cancelled and offered no alternative. She spent at least an hour exploring options and costs and reduced my stress levels which were sky high...pun intended. I am so grateful to her and her colleagues.

We get on the wrong train

We get on the wrong train, and missed our Flight. We went to Skybreak and they booked us another flight and gave us also a tip, how we can save a bit of money with the costs of the new flight.
The employee who booked the flight for me was really funny and we had a little time to make a chit chat. So with all those bad things that happened he was able to lift our mood up. Thank you Mr.?, unfortunately I never got your name.

Last but not least they gave us an adress for a hotel, since our new flight went the next morning. So all in all it was a really pleasent experience. Thank you so so much Skybreak Team at London for your help!!!

Gatwick Airport team are superb

At Gatwick Airport the staff were super friendly and so helpful, despite the queue of anxious enquiries.
Dealt with the manageress initially, who was excellent, and then onto an extremely efficient and personable lady called Charlie. Her positive vibes, smiles and professionalism really shine through in helping with the query - making life easy and obtaining the perfect reason with ease.
Impressed by the team members and the whole vibe at the Skybreak team - they collectively do a brilliant job, albeit often under pressure from disgruntled customers. Brilliant and wonderful experience, much appreciated.

To temi & Denise I missed my flight due…

To temi & Denise I missed my flight due to unforeseen circumstances and the gate was closed with no chance getting on . They kept me calm and said there’s only one option let’s see what we can do and they were so nice and kind and organised another flight for me at a ridiculously low price. I thanked them so much and words cannot describe my gratitude.

Missing flight

My mum was flying from london to Buenos Aires. When doing the check in with Air Europa airline, very inexpert person kept her on the desk for an hour. Then in customs the security office didn’t let her go to take the flight even thought she had still more than 30 minutes to get to the gate. She missed the plane but Stacey Hall in gatwick help desk, helped us and booked another ticket for my mum next day and sorted out her bags, which were still inside the airplane. Very good service.

HUMANITY HAS HUMAN QUALITIES, BUT THIS COMPANY MOST CERTAINLY HAS NO SLIGHTEST KNOWLEDGES ABOUT THEM

I DON'T SEE OTHER LEGAL OPTIONS TO ANSWER, SO I AM DOING HERE. THAT PERSON IN THE END MENTIONED, HE COULD HELP, BUT BECAUSE I DID CAL HIM EVIL AND WICKED. AND I HAVE WASTED MY UNPAID TIME TO SHOW SITUATION IN WHICH HE WOULD HELP. YOU SHOELD CHANGE YOU PHILOSOPHY FROM "WE ARE EVER INNOCENT" TO "HOW WE COULD HELP EVEN IN UNUSUAL SITUATION, BECAUSE WE ARE HUMANS NOT HUMANOIDS". CHECK IN DICTIONARY WHAT LAST WORD MEANS.
That definitely wasn't my mistake, because the same time I bought return tickets for two other flights and everything as usually. And I had never ever before such problems. Now instead of return I was given two one way tickets. And have to mention already twice flight times are changed. I have hearing problems and not doing serious businesses over the phone. I wasted my unpaid time, went from London to Gatwick to meet human attitude as we are on whose necks they exist and comfort their own and their loved ones lives.
I met unexpected carelessness, rudeness, cold inhumanity. They had countless reasons not to help AND when I said how evil and wicked you are, JACOB answered - if you call me so, I have even less desire to help you. Ego was injured. So he could help, but ... selfishness, laziness, carelessness .. Is that the right place for such creature?
To prepare for what I will say after. If I will say somebody can help only operation, it doesn't means I will do surgery because I am not a doctor. If I will mention kidnaping it doesn't means I am going to do it. Just for clearer showing who this JACOB are in core. And the comparison is - if his loved one would be kidnaped and requested just to change one my ticket, couldn't he find the way to do it? No doubts he would do it in the shortest time and without long talking and blah-blah-blah problems. But for one old lady he lacked humanity. Is his current position really for him, for an inhuman creature? I don't think so. If he still wants grab money to comfort his own life in this position, he should be sent to learn what means word created but humans - EMPATHY.

Singing Temu's praises.

I was in a state of consternation due to a cancelled flight. The lady, Temu, who helped myself and my daughter find an acceptable alternative was so helpful, with calm serenity, and warm patience. Temu enabled a resolution to the situation and myself and my daughter came away both singing her praises.

I am so super happy and very grateful…

I am so super happy and very grateful for the customer care services rendered to my by Livia at Skybreak desk at Gatwick Airport.

Basically I and my family of 12 people we missed a flight on easyjet airline, which was not our fault but the security as they held us up in the queue as they were doing their silly check, so by the time we reached the gate it was already closed. We tried ask for help and support to resolve the problem, instead of sorting out our complaint they got us someone to walk us out to arrival side for checking out.
We decided to book another flight, through Skybreak, and Livia just handles us withh so much care, empathy, and willingness to serve us. You can imagine 12 passengers it was not easy to us a flight but did all that she could to see that we are happy and could go on our holiday. This seed she has sown of sacrificing all her energy, running up and down on different computers to see which one could give us a good deal was so beautiful showi g how committed Livia is for her Job.

I wish all people could be committed and willing to work and serve customers like Livia. This Lady may God bless her in abundance and her family and the company Livia works for. SHE is really a pleasure and a valuable assert with value added to company.
Anyone I can recommend 👌 you to meet this brilliant lady in the future.

Fabulous.....Stacey and Denise at the Gatwick desk…

Stacey and Denise at the Gatwick desk saved us from holiday hell. Easyjet cancelled our flight and there were no further flights to Bordeaux until 3 days into our holiday. Stacey and Denise trawled through ALl the alternative flights and helped us rebook to Montpellier that evening, albeit 4 hours from our destination, we were relieved that we could get to France. They cheered us up and talked us down from the stress we were feeling, they saved our holiday. (What they didn't know is Easyjet cancelled our 2nd flight too, but by that time they had shown us what to do, so we rebooked ourselves) Easyjet really owe you at Skybreak for mopping up the problems they create ( where is the Easyjet service desk we wondered, apparently we can all self serve digitally)

But skybreak you have a couple of gems in Stacey and Denise.

Charlie was great and helped us out of…

Charlie was great and helped us out of a bind caused by easyJet’s cancellation and lots of “domino” costs caused by their cancelled flight ezy8061 from Gatwick to Barcelona. Charlie went above & beyond to help us working back hours past her scheduled finish time to ensure we had a flight close to our schedule destination without losing too much of our family holiday.

Absolutely Terrible/unethical company

We missed our connecting flight at Gatwick Airport in London. Went to SkyBreak to see how they may help. I couldnt believe what I was hearing when they gave us a price of 3200 euros for a flight to DC the next day. For clarity, our original flight we missed was 600. I went on Google Flights and found the same flight they quoted for 400 EUROS. I asked the rep, "mam, do you not see this flight for 400 euros?" She replied, "oh, we dont have access to those flights".....im sorry, WHAT??? Absolutely disgrace of a company taking advantage of those who miss their flight and need to get home. Please do not support a company like this.

Holiday saved by SkyBreak Service centre

Our easyJet flight to Corsica was cancelled while we were at Gatwick airport. The gentleman at SkyBreak was really helpful and found us flights. He saved our holiday and I wish we had his name. He was on duty 06:00 on Tuesday 13th June. Please pass our grateful thanks on to him.
