I used SkyCash in Warsaw only because I needed to pay around 8 PLN for parking. Instead, the app pushed me into a subscription that was not clearly confirmed, topped up my in-app wallet with 30 PLN when I only needed a much smaller amount, and then made cancellation unnecessarily difficult.
There is no simple in-app cancellation flow. You are forced to contact support by email, which feels intentionally inconvenient. The whole experience gives the impression that the app is designed to extract more money than needed rather than simply help users pay for parking.
For a basic parking payment app, this is unacceptable. Payment amounts, subscriptions, wallet top-ups, and cancellation should be clear, optional, and easy to manage. I would not recommend using this app unless you want to risk unexpected charges and a frustrating refund process.
