Skydiving was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and this crew made it absolutely unforgettable.
Huge shoutout to Anthony for welcoming us and making the entire day feel so special from the very beginning. Our instructors, Thomas and Caleyl (sorry if we spelled it wrong) were beyond AMAZING, incredibly professional, reassuring, fun, and they made us feel completely comfortable and safe the entire time. They truly handled everything so smoothly while still letting us fully enjoy every second of the experience.
The camera team was fantastic as well, capturing every moment perfectly - and we even received our videos the very same day!
The entire crew went above and beyond, and helped plan things to make this special day even more SPECIAL for us, and memorable for us in the best way possible!!!!!!!!!

We’re already planning to come back again in a few years for another jump.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, and on top of everything, they scammed me out of $50. I also got my car broken into in their parking lot. I strongly recommend staying away from this business.

I arrived on time for my 1 PM appointment but was told I’d have to wait until 3 PM. This was frustrating—why offer appointments if you can’t honor them? I mentioned I had a flight at 7 PM in San Francisco and was reassured I’d be done by 4 PM. Unfortunately, that promise was meaningless.

By 3:30 PM, the previous group was still finishing. When I reminded the staff about my timing concerns, they promised I’d be on the next flight. Yet, at 4 PM, they split the group, and I ended up on the second flight. Despite further assurances, I wasn’t on the plane until 5 PM—four hours after my booking time! The delay and stress of potentially missing my flight ruined what should have been an exciting experience.

To make matters worse, my car was broken into while I was waiting. The parking lot felt unsafe, and their key-handling system was shockingly insecure—keys left unattended in a jar on the counter! Luckily, the thieves didn’t get to my luggage, but the entire situation was unsettling and avoidable with better security measures.

Finally, I had a gift card to cover the cost of the jump but was forced to pay an additional $50 when booking online. Their instructions about using gift cards were confusing, and they refused to refund the charge afterward, even after I contacted them multiple times. Instead, they claimed the $50 was a “credit” for future use. To add insult to injury, they changed their terms and conditions retroactively after I complained—unprofessional and unethical behavior.

This business operates with poor planning, weak security, and shady financial practices. Avoid them at all costs.
