Lack of response/interest by Skyecard.com.au. Customer Service Department

My wife Angela open an account via Flight Centre, Lilydale, Victoria to enable payment for a holiday we were taking via an Interest free account with Skye Mastercard. This service cost $99.00 and everything went well for us. We would have rated Skye Mastercard 5 stars up until we repaid our account in full on 29 June 2019. Angela contacted Skye Mastercard customer service and requested the account be cancelled as we had repaid the amount advanced and the account balance was zero. We thought everything was ok however the account was charged a renewal fee of $99.00 on 18 Jan 2020 and Interest of $0.65 on 16 May 2020. My wife then contacted them when we were notified via SMS that a minimum payment of $30.00 was required. She advised the customer service person that the account should have been closed shortly after 29 Jun 2019 when we request closure of the account. The customer service person advised the renewal fee and interest would be refunded and the account closed. On the 3 June 2020 only the $99.00 was reversed leaving a debit balance of $0.65 in the account. A third phone call was made to Skye Mastercard and they promised the matter would be resolved.
On the 10 Jun 2020 a late payment fee of $35.00 was charged to the account to bring the balance up to $35.65 owing.
As phone calls had failed to get the account corrected my wife sent them an email requesting the balance be cleared in full as all the charges were due to the original error of theirs' in charging the $99.00. No response has been received from Skye Mastercard customer service and now a further charge of $1.18 Interest to the Skye Mastercard has been made. It appears that their Customer Service department is totally incompetent in resolving this issue.
It saddens us that this has destroyed a five star rating we would have given them.
