I have just had a new solar panel system fitted and I would just like to say that I am very pleased with Adam Rashid who dealt with us in the most professional manner and was very helpful and polite. SkyGlo is a great company and would recommend to anybody who is looking for a new solar system.
A very friendly informative gentleman polite and set up a time and date to be contacted by an agent
First caller very difficult top hear, due to background noise, transferred to a handler to make an appointment, this person sounded totally unprepared and rambled on, even had to correct him on agreed time. Eventually I ended call as it all sounded to be a total waste of my time. Impression being they represented an unreliable company .
I spoke with a very pleasant Guy, who explained every thing I needed to know
Dylan was able to answer all our queries regarding a whole variety of aspects, features and concerns about getting and using solar panels for the first time. His answers were always to unhurried and to the point in a calm and relaxed style.
I had an appointment for 5pm today on the telephone .
It is now 5.45pm and no call.
Will not be dealing with this company and will inform as many people as possible to not get involved. If they can’t keep an appointment at this stage I hate to think what the installation would be like.
Avoid like the plague.

Didn't want to do a site visit despite claiming to be 9 minutes drive away 'you end up getting a much cheaper quotation this way', then ghosted me at our telephone appointment time.
