I contacted the company by email, and they not responded by email offering me !!!! have been on the search for a contact phone number since they do not respond to emails.I was trying to return it back to the company I did research on the internet and I did find a number is I actually spoke to a very nice person who did help and processed a full refund !!!!!!!!!!!!Please DO NOT purchase from this company.

I have never had such a terrible experience with online shopping. Two items I ordered looked absolutely nothing like the pictures. I emailed and sent pics of what I received and I was offered a 10$ gift card. I explained that 10$ was not enough to cover the value of the items and I would appreciate a full refund (119.14$ CAD). I was told a refund would be issued. I asked how they plan on refunding me i.e.: refunding to my credit card, and they stopped replying to my emails. I never received a refund. Their emails were very unprofessional and only half written in English. DO NOT order from this company. I am surprised they haven't been shut down yet.

I should have checked the reviews on Trustpilot before my purchase since it happened to me exactly what other people are talking about.

I order a dress, received it today, and was completely different from the picture from the website and the size was completely off.

I have tried to contact their customer service for a refund, but the email just keeps bouncing back.

DO NOT use this website. Total scam. I am very upset.

hard to return the item don't order from here. The package arrived damaged and I asked for a refund (their website says full refund including shipping for damaged product). First they said they would give me a coupon, or 40% off my next purchase.i did research for the company customer service working number and i found thiis help which is ..i called the company af first on the date 17-07-2021 Finally agreed to refund ALONG WITH SHIPPING ADDRESS THEY REFUND MY 90 % OF THE ORDER MONEY WHICH ACCEPTED I HAVE NO OTHER WAY No doubt No doubt No doubt No doubt I WILL NOT MAKE ANY ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL

Do not buy from this website. They sent me the wrong dresses, they were either the wrong size or the wrong model.
I have contacted them via two different email addresses which bounced. I will never get a refund.
Very disappointed!

This is a horrible website. I ordered a dress for a wedding, and I received a dress completely different for what I payed. I wrote to de service of this web and they told me I give that dress to other person because the costs to return the dress were to much. Please, everyone share these opinions, in order to stop this website!

STOP - this is a fake website. Do not use this webpage, you will never see your goods or your money again. After 30 days i received something but not at all what I orderd. The dresses were completely different models and in a very poor quality. Also, the size was wrong and some of the items were broken. Do not use this webpage, you will never see your goods or your money again.

I ordered a dress and recieved something completely different to the picture.
I got in contact with someone called Vanessa Lin, she offered me a 50% refund or she said I should keep the dress and gift it to someone who would fit it.

Would put zero stars if that were an option. This company is a scam, none of the items pictured are what you will actually receive and no one will reply from 'customer service' (I don't believe they have one). Have been reported to trading standards and paypal.
