Great experience from the moment i asked for a call back to discuss my order.
They bent over backward to make it a pleasurable experience, they even called me each week to ensure everything was ok.

Even after I received my order, they called me to see how the installation went and if we needed help.
They even offered to video call to help with anything.

Installation was quick and easy. All installed within an hour but is definitely a 2 person job to install.

Very good blinds was straight forward to fit and operate. Would recommend. The after care support for anything is good too with a fast response

We bought our Skylight from 'Skylight Blinds Direct'. We visited a few company websites before hand but 'Skylight Blinds Direct' stood out to us with everything clear and straight forward when it came to the order form. Considering how much you are spending it is nerve-racking selecting everything online. It's a bit like D.I.Y. check once and double check again and again! Fortunately for us it all worked out and we have a great working product we are over the moon with.
I went for an anthracite honey comb skylight with a solar panel.

Firstly amazing service from Naomi and the skylight team. From start to finish I was kept updated and supported.

I purchased one electronic solar skylight blind with Alexa control for to see if I was able to install myself first. I like to say installation and fitting was easy as described. I had to install in situ as I had a lip around my roof lantern but not a big problem. So happy I purchased the second blind straight after and took me half the time to install as I knew what I was doing.

Electric and Alexa control was definitely the way to go . Price was reasonable compared to with other companies.

Naomi at Skylight Blinds was really helpful in her advice along with superb advice help g us make our decision as to the best blind for our skylight. We decided to go for the manual cream translucent thermal blind. It was easy to fit and has definitely help UV ingress and loss of heat

After researching several companies, I chose Skylight Blinds-direct. Any questions I had were answered very quickly by Naomi so I went ahead and ordered a 2.5m x 4m LanternLITE Honeycomb roof blind for the conservatory. Using the fitting video to assist, I successfully fitted it myself. What a difference, absolutely fantastic and best of all, my wife loves it. I highly recommend Skylight Blinds.

From enquiring to ordering,the company was more than helpfull. When we had queries on fitting they answered nearly strange away. The blind is of good quality. The after service was brillant. Overall i can't compliment this company enough. Highly satisfied.

Skylight blind arrived when expected and was well packaged. It all went together very easily and with the help from another person and two wooden tee bars it was installed with no dramas and works a treat . I look forward to the sunny days when I can close my blind and keep the glare off. Thank you.

The Blind in anthracite with mid grey fabric blends lovely with our anthracite lantern and it is neat when in position. We bought it to reduce the cold from our double glazed lantern and it does that very well. Naomi and Steve have been very helpful both during purchase and with any questions upon receipt plus it arrived ahead of schedule.

Firstly I couldn’t make my mind up but ongoing Conversations with Steve ie measuring up correctly then what sort of blind , Naomi came up with the honeycomb absolutely right it has made a huge difference whereas before in the evening we sat in the other room as the cold came through the skylight but now it’s made such a difference to the running of the heating so a big thank you to All the team they all went the extra mile fully recommend the company.

The blinds are good quality and were easy to fit. They arrive requiring assembly but it’s easy and takes only a few minutes. I tested the blinds before installing, particularly as pairing the Tuya smart plug requires pushing a small button on the motor which might be difficult once installed. They are operating well both from the remote control and the Tuya smart App. I have 3 blinds and chose to have them all operate simultaneously, although other options are available.
Communication has been pretty smooth.

Perfect service and an excellent. After a very helpful phone conversation I measured the window as instructed and the blind was a perfect fit. It arrived promptly, well-wrapped and in perfect condition.

I had an issue with the Sky-light blinds I ordered set year and emailed the Company for some assistance.

Delivery was sent on time as expected. I fitted it myself so had to wait for my assistant to be available. I was impressed by the quality of the blind and the fittings. The price was excellent and offered good value compared to other quotes.I followed the instructions and fitting together proved a lot easier than expected. I tested the blind on the floor as suggested it worked perfectly. Although fitting it up proved a little more difficult than expected as it’s quite big although light.But once in position it worked perfectly.
