Little point in advertising a 24/7 pest control service if no one bothers to call back after you have waited for more than two hours and called three times because of an emergency situation involving rats in the bedroom cupboard at night.
Ended up calling Skyline on another two occasions during the course of the night. Cheery American girl replaced by concerned man who apologised profusely and said he would send the request again and someone would call. Of course, no one did. Am wondering how they managed to achieve 5-star reviews when they cannot even fulfil the marketing blurb to call back within an hour. Actually, as I write, despite three phone calls and a 24/7 service boast, they cannot even manage to call back within eight hours. I am not sure even one star is merited on my experience.
