Non existent customer service
I bought the Skypro camera after seeing countless ads on Instagram. I needed a new one as I ride a motorcycle and the old camera of different make etc was getting old.
You get quite a few attachments in the box which would be very useful.
The camera looks great and does record/playback etc. the only problem is that the battery inside it must be faulty as it will only work while connected to a power source.
In December 2025 I contacted Skypro via email and at 1st I had replies asking me to ‘try this’ ‘try that’ etc.
once I had exhausted all those tryouts and told them that the battery must be the fault I do not get replies.
I keep contacting them for an update but never get a reply.
Using their chat option on the website gives you another email to send to. Guess what? After 3 weeks I still have no reply.
This could easily have been sorted out with a replacement, why is it so difficult?
