4/5 stars: communication was sparse and I found it difficult to understand at what stage the refund process was (caveat: it was my first experience with flight refund services). In the end I the refund did go through even though it took 20 months to resolve. Thank you

Poor scam company
This company are not to be trusted. Whilst they advertise quick turn around of claims they fail to inform you of the high fee that they take from the full amount owed.
On top of this when challenged refuse to discontinue the case and keep money they have made from the airline refusing to return it.
Also to note you can use the airline direct and therefore cuts out scam claim companies like this completely.

Overall a good experience
It took almost 2.5 years since the case was filed until the payment of 390€ came through, BUT it did so I gotta give credit where it’s due. Pretty easy to communicate with them although it takes a few days to get a reply. Overall a pretty decent company and they are very straightforward and professional.
