Overall it was lenghly, updates were sparse and the original refund value was not what we received, but we got a satisfactory refund in the end and we're grateful for this.

Straight forward and no nonsense. The process was fairly easy to do. I didn't get the full amount back, but at least I was got a much much larger amount than the meager $15 airline was offering me. Sky Refund made a stressful situation less stressful, for which I am thankful. The service provided was also quick.
