We tried to deal with Iberia ourselves after a month of emails and phone calls we got nowhere in regards to our compensation for over a five hour delay on a flight from Madrid to Miami.
Our experience with Sky refund was great. We gave them our information and the next time we heard from them they got us a $900 refund.

Absolutely impeccable service provided
Absolutely impeccable service provided. I had tried to claim my compensation directly with Iberia which I consider to be total thugs. They turned me down after 2 months of silence without explanation even though they had cancelled my flight and put me on another one 5hours later. Sky refund managed to get me my compensation in record time. I wish I didn’t have to go to a third party as I obviously lost the portion of their fee. I would recommend to everyone to try claiming personally and if you encounter any issues use Sky refund.

Excellent service
After I explained my case, SkyRefund immedeately accepted to help me and I was regurlarly kept informed on the progress. No hidden fees, no fuzz. I am delighted with their services. Alone, against Iberia, I would never have got my refund. They just ignore you in a shameful way.

Great experience and compensation received. Much better than Airhelp.
My mum had a 24h+ flight delay with Iberia. The company didnt provide any specifications about it, nor offered compensation. I tried to use Airhelp first and their stupid system was getting information from somewhere saying the flight had happened in the right original schedule and that she wasnt eligible for making a claim. We met all the conditions that by what the Spanish law says, meant she was entitled for a 600 eur compensation. Skyrefund took my case, asked for the documents and I provided all the proof that I had. After like a month I got an email saying our case was presented and they were working on it but that I just had to wait. After I believe 3 months, I asked over twitter about the status of my case, and by my surprise, we had gotten the refund. No need for lawyers. This was a long shot for me, after contacting Iberia first and they looking to the other side, plus Airhelp dismissing my case before even submitting my docs, Skyrefund truly delivered what they offered. After 2 days I had the money on my bank with no issues. It was truly a great experience.
