Sent me the wrong watch bracelet (asked for presidential and gave me jubilee instead). So i asked for a return, initially the argued that they couldnt return it which is absurd considering it is their mistake. Once they finally accepted a return after some arguing they made me pay for the return postage. They received the item and told me i would get my refund in around 2 weeks. Its been over 2 months and i have not received any refund so they are thieves. Also the watch mod itself looked so cheap i wouldve returned it on that basis alone.

Worst shopping experience. Their “customer service” is almost non-existent. The watch itself is nice, but you're paying for what you get. However, you'd better hope you don't get a defective piece, because they'll make every excuse possible to make it seem like you caused the issue. The watch was delivered to my house on 01/20. I wore it for the first time to the office on 01/22. After washing my hands, I noticed the watch had stopped working and that there was condensation on the glass. I have two more GMT watches, a Hamilton and an actual Seiko, so I know how to secure the crown properly.
The watch is advertised as 5ATM water-resistant, so washing my hands should not have affected it. I tried to reach out to them right away, but I didn't get an answer for 3 more days. Then I reached out to them through the shop app. Someone responded, requesting information, pictures, and a description of the issue, which I provided, and then they went silent again. So I reached out to them on Instagram, and again, they were engaging, but they gave me multiple excuses for why they couldn't issue a refund or fix the watch. The first was that I was out of the warranty because I took too long to report, which I proved by showing that I had reached out to them immediately, but they didn't respond. I only had the watch for 3 days. Then they said it was human error, and they couldn't do anything for me. I responded that the watch is advertised as 5ATM water-resistant, and the previous person had already agreed to make things right. So they asked me to “meet halfway” and ship the watch back to them, and, for a “small fee,” they would repair it. I did. The watch was shipped via FedEx and delivered to them on 02/05. It is now 02/11, and again, they have not responded to any of my emails. I bought my watch from this vendor because they advertise US manufacturing, so I wanted to support a local business.
Additionally, I dislike ordering things overseas because I want to avoid issues like this, but here I am now with no watch and $300 less in my account. After this issue, I did some digging, and the company does have mixed reviews. Someone in the UK had a similar issue, so if you do buy a watch, you'd better hope it doesn't have issues; they will give you the runaround and won't help you.

Received wrong product. Quality poor. Made multiple attempts to reach someone through email, online form, phone. No return message. Website has return policy, no contact. SCAM! Do not buy from this business.

I wanted a watch that felt refined but didn’t come with a luxury price tag, and this hit the mark perfectly. It has that calm, well-made look that works in any situation, and it’s comfortable enough to wear all day. You can tell the brand really cares about what they produce, and that makes the watch even more enjoyable to own.

bought a watch from this company, but it was too big. I immediately emailed them and was told they are not responsible for return shipping, so I had to pay $20 out of pocket.

I was actually planning to purchase another watch, even though their prices are higher than other places, because I wanted the full experience. Unfortunately, this turned out to be the worst experience instead.

I’m hoping to receive a full refund. If not, I will return to leave another negative review. I also have a video showing the watch is in perfect, original condition.

AVOID.....purchased a watch,bracket fell apart after a week. Now hands have fallen off. Three e mails to the company all ignored. Save your money.

Keeps time well and feels reliable on the wrist.

AVOID Scammers.. send defective item and than ignored emails trying to get the issue resolved
