Obstructive system

Continually having to battle through menus and sub menus to get to what you want to watch, even live tv.
Given it 2 months to make sure it wasn't 'us'.
A really obstructive gui / system. Programming obviously written by gamers.
To add insult to injury the sound v visual synchronisation is diabolical.
Have resorted to re-installing my BT (youview) box to watch 'normal' telly, and then use Sky Stream to watch Sky Sports.

Full of promises with rubbish costumer care

Offered sky stream for £5, cancelled and refused to reinstate, phone operator offered over double for same package but couldn’t get to grips with the over 100% increase in price. (Simple arithmetic)
Sky Diamond VIP package for long term subscribers is not worth a carrot, they treat you as if you’ve only just joined. No special treatment at all.
To top it off the fibre installation was a complete nightmare and left it in a mess outside and they’re not considering any compensation in the way of the reconnection.
Hello virgin, good bye Sky.

Missold TV package

Missold TV package - no refunds
Had sky broadband and decided to upgrade to their TV package as it included some of the things I already have subscriptions for. The puck thing never worked, they sent replacements and still didn’t work. Eventually an engineer said the broadband width isn’t adequate to support streaming even though it’s the best available at my property. I consider this misselling as they could easily have checked this at the point of sale.

Was also told setting up the service would automatically link my subscriptions, however, I was charged separately throughout. No refund for either Sky or the subscriptions. This is how they treat their ‘platinum customers’ apparently! I will be leaving the second I am out of contract and will boycott for life. I would urge others to do the same as they’re a crap company who don’t care about their customers.
