Fabulous service
I have recently taken over a business and wasn't quite sure on what I needed to do regarding a card reader etc. I was given the details of Eric, and he has been brilliant! Our rep at Talk of the Town was Eric Shackleton. This guy cannot do enough for you! Any issue that arose during the switchover , he dealt with immediately.

Got a fantastic call from Eric who talked me through everything and he sent our new terminal very quickly.

Really great experience with the change over for the new card payment terminal. Eric Shackleton set everything up for me and explained everything I needed to know to get me underway. Plus he's always just a quick message/call away to assist with any extra help needed, so excellent customer care there. The terminal is stylish and really easy to use.

Eric has been great from start to finish with my change over, nothing has been a pain for him to sort and it has left me stress free and set up great. He’s so caring and great at his job and always thinks of other. Really happy with the terminal and setup.

We have had Eric looking after our card machines for 5 years now, he looks for the best deal for our needs and is always at the end of a phone if we have any issues.
I refuse to change to any one else because I don't think we would receive the excellent service that Eric provides.
