Eric Shackleton is my knight in shining armour! He made the whole process of moving over to this machine so easy and has handled any issues I've had. Something was recently removed from the terminal due to an update this weekend and first thing Monday morning Eric got it reinstated for me. He goes out of his way to help me.
The machine is easy to use. I don't like white screen and the blue button is a bit thin now but otherwise everything is all good and Eric also gets 5stars!

Eric has always looked after us with card machines here at The Bulls Head. Got us the new card machine quickly and it was easily set up. Mo problems with connection and so far everything is super quick and not had any declined payments or dropped connection issues.

I’ve recently had a terminal installed at my clinic - Esthetique by Dr S in Huddersfield. Eric was beyond helpful! Answered any question I had and the service was so fast and efficient. Couldn’t recommend more!

I’m usually set in my ways and don’t relish the thought of change with card machines etc , but I took the plunge and was guided step by step on setting up this great new skytab machine.
It seems that Eric knew the machine like the back of his hand and when I had questions he took me straight to the part of the menu and solved everything!
After only 5-6 days I now feel very confident using the new machine with the knowledge that the wonderful Eric is only a phone call away if I have any issues.
Also I’m very happy with the deal I have got from shift4 on fees etc

We have been using the sky tab / shift card machine now for a week or so & I must say its easy to use once you get used to the different layout. Payments are made quickly :). Also I love the new function where you can actually email the customer that has ordered over the phone a copy of the payment slip directly from the machine.
