Terrible repair service!
When we were looking at internet providers in Crete, the reviews for Skytelecom.gr were good. However this has not been our experience. When the system was first installed the workmanship was terrible and the internet did not work correctly. It took them 2 weeks to get a better engineer out to us to solve the problems made by the first so called engineer. For 2 months we have had a service which I would describe as nothing outstanding, just average. However now we have had 2 days with the internet dropping out all the time and now we have no internet from them. We have reported the issue 3 times and we keep being promised that an engineer will call us very soon. Two days later and we are still waiting! I simply don't think they have the engineers to meet demand for service and repair. I really don't recommend this company for internet in Crete, it seems that they simply don't have the back up.
