The worst company i have ever been in…
The worst company i have ever been in contact with. The worst so called "costumer service". They send inkasso-invoices on already payed bills, never answer in english (assumes everyone understands norwegian?) even though it says that they will answer in english. Sometimes they dont even bother to answer our emails at all. Its impossible to cancel the account and they send you bills 6 months after, what they say, a passing by some place where you need to pay. Bullsh*t. Tried to cancel our account for 6 months now. Absolute rubbish! Wish i could give them a -10 on stars, they dont even deserve a 1 star reveiw.
