Do not deal with this company

We purchased two scooters in November 2021. They were meant to be Christmas presentsOne has never worked. The other had a tyre go flat the second time we used it. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact them and sort things out. They don't answer the phone. The often don't answer emails. When they do answer they engage in stalling tactics. They asked me to send a video of the flat tyre so their technician could assess it. Mate!!!! It's a flat tyre!!!
I complained to NSW Fair Trading. They ignored the contact from Fair Trading.
I have been told from other people in the industry that their products are substandard and may last six months if you're lucky.
It's now April 2022 with no resolution. I am not pursuing legal action to get our money back.
