I am very satisfied with the service I received from Jessica Moga. She was professional, responsive, and made the overall experience smooth and efficient.

I would have appreciated a bit more detail or clarification regarding the fees. That said, I also recognize that I did not ask for further explanations at the time. In the end, the price I paid was significantly lower than other quotes I received, including those offered directly by the airline through their loyalty program.

Overall, I am very happy with the outcome and would not hesitate to work with Jessica again.

I feel that Vince was only concerned about getting a ticket sold initially and not helpful at all when I had a change in flight times where I now have exactly 1 hour between a regional plane landing and an international flight in Atlanta airport taking off. I later wanted to find out if I could come back on an earlier flight because a friend I was going to meet injured her neck and he didn’t bother to email me and I waited one week. When I called he said it will be $3500 more. I am sorry that I ever used Sky with Class. I know I could have gotten the change way cheaper than that price on my own. I think I will stay with using Capital One to alert me to price drops. They re-booked me automatically when I missed a connection one time

Skywithclass and Carter Keller are an excellent organization . They take you reservations and they give you options on flight times which makes it very easy to choose which one works best for our schedules. I rate them a 5 Star because of the excellent customer service that Carter gives to our family.

Outstanding service from start to finish! Jacob Kim at Sky with Class was incredibly responsive, answered all of my questions right away, and worked hard to secure us a fantastic rate on our flights. He even made sure we were seated in our preferred rows, which made the experience even better.

Jason Vos made a huge difference in planning our international trip from the U.S. to Nepal. He was gracious and patient. We asked him to make several changes to our flight plan to accommodate the comfort needs of a 74 yr old woman all while considering our budget. I rarely write reviews but I had such amazing customer service with the agent Christopher Rossi, I had to write a review. I book flights for myself and work all the time and have always thought sites like these are not legit or not worth the energy. Skywithclass so far have exceeded my expectations.
