Refund
Arranged to send a damaged comic back for a refund 2 weeks ago. I posted it then tried to contact them after a few days to see if they received the item and to find out how long the refund would take. I have not been able to contact them at all since I sent it back, I have tried via email, website and phone.

Buyers beware
Potential customers beware, if you don't agree with them they block you on social media so you can't respond to their rude customer (or potential customer) service. If you read what a great company they are it's may be because they've deleted negative comments. So I get a response from them and they say it's my fault, Matt openly laughed and took the p*ss out of my opinion in a Facebook comment and then deleted and blocked me so I couldn't respond, make your own decisions but this was an easily avoided issue.

Slab City a legit website?
The website claims in an email that I didn't purchase anything, but I did and it even shows up on my bank statement, the purchase I made in slab city comics.
I get no response from them, soon if I continue without a response I will file a complaint.
