I’ve been coming to SLA for over five years now, and more recently I’ve been visiting even more frequently following having my lips dissolved and re-filled, as well as treatments like BBL and SLA Refresh.
Every single appointment I’ve had has been exceptional from start to finish. The level of care, attention to detail, and professionalism is always second to none. Helena and Jayde, in particular, have been absolutely outstanding… they’re not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but they also create such a warm and welcoming environment.
They always take the time to explain everything thoroughly, listen to exactly what I want, and make sure I feel completely comfortable and confident in the process. I genuinely feel so at ease every time I walk in, which is so important when it comes to treatments like these.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else and couldn’t recommend SLA highly enough.

I recently went to SLA Medical in Manchester for a laser treatment and had a really good experience. The staff were super friendly and made me feel comfortable straight away.

They explained how the laser works and what to expect before starting, which I really appreciated. You can tell the team knows what they’re doing and they take the time to answer any questions.

The clinic is also really clean and professional. I’m very happy with my visit and would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about laser treatments.

I was welcomed into the beautiful Sla clinic this afternoon for a bbl sciton laser. Its my 4th and 1st of this year. Jayde was my practioner and is a wonderful credit to the team. Knowledgeable, friendly, and always smiling.
My skin is looking so clear and I am extremely happy with the treatment. I highly recommend SLA.

Brilliant staff so friendly and helpful, best Salon ever, Lydia is perfect and 100% best injector you could wish for. You will be missing out if you don’t try this Salon.

Visited the clinic for my annual SLA refresh. I was asked to come in a little earlier for my appointment so Lydia could spend time discussing my treatment. This is one of the things I love about SLA they take their time with you , the service always feels bespoke and personal. Lydia has such a lovely professional friendly manner . She took time to explain we needed to adjust the treatment plan this year as she wanted to make my refresh as natural as possible . Lydia's approach makes me feel reassured she's doing the right thing for me ,rather than just giving me an off the shelf refresh. I feel confident in recommending SLA.

I recently had a microneedling treatment with Jayde and I couldn’t be happier! Jayde is absolutely amazing—she’s so knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about what she does. I truly trust her with my skincare plan because she’s always honest and never tries to upsell products or treatments that aren’t necessary for me.

Wow. Where do I start. Nurse Jayde I believe who worked on my lips today, she is an absolute perfectionist! Her knowledge alone was enough for me to know I’m in safe hands.

As soon as you enter SLA you are made to feel welcome and are put at ease. Jayde is amazing! She really listened to my concerns and to what I wanted to achieve and gave me professional advice and direction, which has really paid off. Jayde's holistic approach to treatments and skincare really makes a difference. I have recently had a look at my "before and after" photos and the improvement speaks for itself. Highly recommend SLA and Jayde.

Excellent experience, hight quality care and treatment.

The treatment I received ie Moxi and BBL was a total success. Several areas of broken veins have disappeared and the texture of my skin has been vastly improved. Jayde, who treated me, was very professional and caring. She clearly has immense expertise in the use of the lazer treatment I received.

I recently looked at my old pictures from a couple of months ago and compared them to how I look now, and I can see a huge difference—all thanks to Jayde! She does an amazing job and has truly given me a confidence boost. Her expertise and dedication really shine through. On top of that, the staff are incredibly friendly and make sure to look after their clients with care. I always feel welcomed and valued every time I visit. Highly recommend!

Today was my second session for bbl laser and I can't thank her enough for engaging in conversation and talking step by step about the treatment throughout the session to ease my anxiety. I’ve been using SLA since 2015 and would never go anywhere else. Sarah and the team are all fantastic, everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and highly skilled. The premises are also beautiful!
