This company has had me waiting since last Wednesday 18th for a parcel it is now the 23rd and I placed my order on the 11th and still no parcel has came threw these people are just taking your money and blanking customers for days and then comes up with excuses, in a professional business there should be no excuses and should be sticking to timing that you advertise on your website I genuinely feel as if they are testing my patience and feel as if I’ve been scammed which is only going to make a person call trading standards and call the bank due to fraud

What a joke of a company I ordered on…

What a joke of a company I ordered on Wednesday the 18th of January I messaged them on the Friday asking will my package get shipped today they told me it would but it did not get shipped so I waited till the Monday to message them again and they said 100% It be get shipped out today and it did but when Evri delivered the parcel they left it on my doorstep without my authorisation or knowing and it got stolen so I contacted Slapsta along with Evri and because of the consumer rights act 2015 it still falls with the seller until the package is in my hands so Evri tell me to contact the seller which I did then they ask me to get a crime reference number which I got from the police I gave that to them and they still have not refunded me and they still asking me have I contacted Evri it’s a complete joke going in circles I have proof of everything I will definitely not be using this company again

Been using these guys for a while now never really had an issue with any order always high quality and will reach out to you to ensure packaging is correct and of high quality by far the best and most efficient packaging company around don't bother wasting time looking else where u get what you pay for these a reasonable prices for the quality of the product 10/10 always 🫡👊💪

They will take your money and not even finish the project. They have the Worst communications in the world. I spent £300, 2 months ago and have not recieved the end result of what I've paid for.

I want to address this situation immediately. To start, have refunded the project in full, and also sent across the graphics which you signed off - you can keep these.

This review came as a suprise - as to both the logo, and bag design we sent, you said it was okay and you are happy with them. We can revise or start again at any time.

I have called you personally and explained another 2 designers, and also a illustrator who are ready to take on this project, should you not like the first one. They will do this for free for you. Please get in contact if you would like us to do this.

Back to normal

I ordered labels from them more than a month ago, and other than taking my money, they have done nothing else.
I call their number, but it goes unanswered and the mobile of the owqner is on do not disturb. What ever their problem is, this is no way to treat customers. I had used them before, but this will be the last time. It was a disaster.

The service is tragic

The service is tragic. They started making a logo, promised to improve it but did not do so. When asked why they are not keeping the agreement, they refused to continue. They offered 50% of the money back. Just a scam! And now, after looking into it and reading forums, I realized that this is just one big deception. They take all the clients who can pay, take the money, then offer half back. A real scam!

To check it , its easy everything is writed in our conversations . And after i writed my story on Trustpilot , they send me a massage . What if i will delete my comment they will give me back 100% of money. So to understand. They are scammers, before the comment they didn’t see why to give back the money, but after they get scary to lose more clients who can scam,it was a reason for refund . Discord and reddit is full of the storys.

Yes i lose 100£, but i hope its will help to save some one else money and time.

( everything i write i can prove, all conversations are saved)

And if they just said. “Sorry its was mistake of our designer, we will finish the job or we will refund your money. Its not the way we work. And blablabla. Then it was different. But now they just show what they give a f…k.

So be aware of them. Nice package and account don’t shows how it really is.

Regarding the refund, I apologize if our communication felt insincere. I hope you can understand, after sending more than 10 different logos ideas and spending various time on a project, our policy is usually to not refund design time. In your case however, after reading your review; as you felt we did not listen to you, and no other solution seemed available, you have been refunded in full.

We take such feedback seriously, and I have investigated this matter further including reading the full design chat. If you’re open to it, I’d love to discuss this directly to find a resolution that works for you.

Upon checking the chat, it appeared some direction or constructive critism would of worked well, so Hayden our designer could of had a better idea of how to proceed. Sometimes it can be hard for us to get an exact idea of what you need. The language barrier between you and the design may of contributed to this. Which we also apologise for.

We strive to provide high-quality designs and customer support, and I regret that we didn’t meet that standard in your case. I understand how frustrating it must have been to feel that we was not listening to you. Our goal is always to improve and ensure our clients are satisfied.

We have some new design and illustration staff who would love to take another look at your project free of charge, should you ever wish to give this a try, you can get in contact. Thank you!

Perfect

Made a small order from Slapsta. I wasn’t happy with the design on the website which wasn’t a problem as I was quickly put through to someone who came up with design which I loved straight away. They added a logo I needed. The parcel came and the product is of highest quality. Big thank you!
