Placed an order on July 19 of 2026. It is now September 22 and I still have not received my order. When I go to the order page it is a non-functioning website. There is no telephone number to contact. The email address is nonfunctional. I’ve been ripped off close to $90. They took my money and they didn’t send the product, but apparently you can still buy their stuff on QVC. Never again Harry.
Placed two orders for candles on the website, July 18 and July 21. They were “pre-orders” with shipping within 30 days, but the charges were placed on my credit card immediately. I’ve sent multiple emails, asking for the status of my orders, and later asking for my orders to be cancelled with an immediate refund. No response at all. Meanwhile, Harry is frequently on QVC selling his candles.
We ordered diffuser refills on July 6th and reed diffuser sets on July 16th. Did not receive either order, no reply from repeated request for order status on both orders. Calling my credit card company on Monday to recoup charges.
Unfortunately, I did not investigate this company because I thought they had a good reputation. I ordered two items on April 24 and have still not received the items- it is now May 14. I have sent two emails to their customer service over the past week. Email is the only way to communicate, but the company seems to ignore those. I did receive two emails beginning on May 4 asking me how I was liking the product I ordered! If I ever get the product, I will be happy to give an honest review.
Now I am seeing many other customers with the same issue. I will not order anything from them again.
The product/candles are great but, this review is just highlighting a service experience and a lack of interest/integrity for others to be aware of prior to doing business with them.
They delayed shipping on an order for an extended time, offered no excuse for that, but did promise to refund the delivery charge. An acceptable response.
Now, after 3+ weeks, still no refund and 3 follow-ups to the company enquiring on the refund all get zero response.
This was only $7.99, so not the end of the world, but just highlighting that they do not stand behind their word and honor refunds, and just ignore your customer service requests.
If your order works out, then you get a great product, but beware if issues occur you are likely to get zero help.
