So this is a crazy story but it was well worth it. I ordered a pink 5 in 1 styler and it got lost in the mail. Jess was so nice in trying to help me track it down but she ended up dispatching a 2nd styler in another color, which was fine I jusy wanted the item. She continued to track the item and provide updates as it moved through the postal service. She was the most helpful person I've ever encountered when ordering an item from anywhere. She truly made the experience a pleasure when it was going to turn into a nightmare.Thanks Jess!

Minor issue with shipping and Customer service took care of everything quickly, professionally and with great follow up. Jess was awesome to work with.

Absolute rip off. Do not spend your money on the 5 in 1 hair styler. This is definitely not the same product they are promoting. Absolute rubbish. Doesn’t curl or wrap the hair at all. I honestly believe to promote this 5 in 1 hair-styler you’re using the Dyson hair styler in your video as it’s definitely not this one.

Ordered and received about 12 days after, which isn’t bad but still took its time. I used for the first time yesterday and I’m really disappointed.
1) The box it arrived in looked like someone had thrown it up the floor, corners were ripped.
2) There was a bit of a funny smell when opened.
3) I still had to hold and wrap the hair myself like I would an ordinary curler. It never air wrapped a tiny section of hair.
Was similar in looks but didn’t perform like it shows on the website video.

One positive is that it heats up to to a nice temp, and curls hair even if I am curling myself.

Personally not worth paying £65/£70 for.

Didn’t work , very flimsy and poor quality , had the added hassle of having to send it back

I am someone who hates drying my hair however this product is the best thing ever no effort Using the brush (paddle) attachment smooth straight hair
