Had two bad bulbs in a box of 4 foot Lights called her Customer Support for replacement. Got nothing but the runaround and jump thru hoops will never buy from them again buyers beware if you’re smart. You’ll never buy from them.

The number of possible light bulbs is insane and, as a result, occasional wrong sizes can end up in one's lap. My high rating of 5 is due to the quick fix of an order problem, the system thought the package held 6 bulbs when it held 4. Sleek got back to me quickly. For that, I'd recommend using the email contact they have on the site. Next day, I got a personal phone call and all fixed quickly!

I’ve been buying Sleeklighting wall plates from my local big box store for our new home. However, they ran out and don’t know when they’ll receive more. So I went right to the source and was able to order what I needed. My package arrived within the estimated delivery date and was as described and well packaged. The cost was no higher than the big box stores was and, I got what I needed. Thanks Sleeklighting! Richard V

Product exceeded my expectations. Packaging was good, screws were plenty long enough, and the wall plates are beautiful. I bought enough for one room, to see how I’d like them. Now I’m planning my next order, looking forward to updating the entire house. Exactly what I was looking for.

I tried to order the lightbulbs through Amazon. For some reason, they insisted they could not deliver them to my home in Washington State. So I called Sleeklighting directly. A very nice man in customer service said they should be able to deliver them. So that mystery remains unsolved. Happily he offered to ship the bulbs to me directly…..with no shipping charge. These 2 prong bulbs are not easy to find in my area. I am one happy, walking advertisement for Sleeklighting now.

Absolutely love these outlet covers. They are beautiful and add a little elegance to the walls. I did get some I didn't order and didn't receive one I did order.

I called and emailed from your site with no response. You sent me the wrong size bulbs (8 total). I ordered CFLGU24, 13 W, 4200K, you sent me CFLGU24 27K, 2700K. They do not fit my overhead kitchen lights. I need to exchange them for the correct size. How do I return them and get the ones I need?
