Amani Stitch Sofa Bed in amber, absolutely one of the best on the market. Seat height is great (19”), comfort is great (I got medium firmness). Chico and Fabrizio were great with the delivery and I can’t fault the service from start to finish. Absolutely love it.

You Do Get What You Pay For
The thing I really noticed about this company was their *excellent* customer service. I was served in store by Tatiana, but I also spoke to several members of the customer service team via whatsapp. All of them were excessively helpful. Tatiana went out of her way to get me a good deal and did an amazing product demo. The whatsapp team always responded the same day, made sure that any questions/issues were addressed, and it felt like I was talking to a real person rather than a rushed call centre staff. Some of the products from this company are a little pricey, but they are of great quality, and I still feel like a got a great deal at the end of the day.

Quick, sensible delivery
Would have preferred to have bought the Shiatsu CX pillow from the sleep8 store in Stratford. They didn't have it in stock, so ordered online. Took about a week for memory foam pillow to be delivered. Was surprised by how large the packaging was, but then realized how sensible this was to ensure the contents weren't damaged.

Ordered bed from sleep8 back in August…
Ordered bed from sleep8 back in August 24th at Westfield Stratford supposed to take 8 to 10 weeks just been delivered November 29th and guess what parts were missing now have to wait til Wednesday 5th December.
Sleep 8 customer service is very poor wrong mattress delivered had to wait another week for right one I was the one who kept ringing customer not once did customer service ring me to keep me informed of progress or lack of sorry sleep 8 only 1 star and I was reluctant to give that
