BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER
I would just like to write about the most positive experience ever I had with ILYAS from SleepHarvester. I first contacted SleepHarvester online to ask some advice about our next Superking Mattress, ILYAS answered every question promptly regardless of the time and always came back with sound and honest advice. He took both our details, height, weight, likes, don't likes etc before he recommended us the best mattress to suit our needs from he's vast and impressive range of mattresses. I placed the order the Pinnacle and ILYAS then contacted me to see if we would prefer different sides to the mattress as I'm bigger and heavier than my wife. and I thought wow, that's so impressive, ILYAS then went ahead and made the SuperKing Pinnacle of different firmness to suit our individual needs and sleep profile, as soon as it was ready to ship it was delivered the very next day with live tracking leading up to the delivery, the mattress when opened looked way better than the pictures and I thought again wow, it looked and felt like you had just checked in to the 7 star Burj Al Arab Jumeirah in Dubai, it looked and felt of pure absolute luxury, ILYAS is like a breath of fresh air, for me ILYAS made the entire ordering process from start to finish first class, as said all questions leashing up to delivery were quickly answered with total assurance. From the start ILYAS was very professional, knowledgeable, polite and above all he is just a very all round nice guy. I would highly recommend ILYAS and SleepHarvester for your next dream mattress. The Mattress is plush medium firm and it's like sleeping on a cloud of pure indulgence every night, So for me the entire experience was a first class 5 star all the way. I would like to sincerely thank you again ILYAS, we wish you all the best of success with your sleep heaven business, you are without doubt changing lives, sleep is the most important part of our recovery and it's very rare you find someone as passionate in what they do as ILYAS. He literally lives and breeds he's work and for me the thing that stood out the most was ILYAS's passion for perfection and he's outstanding customer support, So if you need a new mattress and you want to get it just perfect then contact ILYAS @ SleepHarvester.
You will then be like me and be glad you did.
ILYAS Best Wishes for 2026
Kind Regards
Keith

Knowing that you and your wife are sleeping comfortably on your custom PINNACLE 5000 mattress - with different firmness levels tailored to your individual needs - is exactly what drives my passion for this work. Your comparison to the Burj Al Arab is the ultimate compliment, and I'm thrilled the mattress has delivered that level of luxury and comfort you deserve.
Sleep truly is the foundation of health and recovery, and being able to help people like you achieve better rest is why I'm so passionate about what I do. We're delighted that our fast delivery and real human communication made a positive impression. You're right - we believe in genuine, personal service, not automated responses. Every conversation matters to us, and we're glad that came through in your experience.
Thank you for choosing Sleep Harvester and for taking the time to share your feedback. Here's to many more great nights of restful, rejuvenating sleep!
You spend a third of your life on it - You need to get it right!
We read the advert, looked at all the reviews, and placed an order for a Firm mattress. Good communication, delivered as agreed. Initial impressions: obviously much better than our old mattress. Firmness just right for us. We're sleeping better and very pleased with it. We've visited showrooms to look at mattresses of this firmness and size (it's about 30cm) and the prices have been £800+. We think it's very well priced indeed (we paid £ 310). Would recommend seller and the product.

Your comparison to showroom mattresses at £800+ really captures what we're all about - delivering premium quality at honest, fair prices. We believe everyone deserves exceptional sleep without the inflated markup, and we're thrilled you found such great value at £310 for a mattress of this quality and depth.
Thank you for doing your research, trusting the reviews, and choosing Sleep Harvester. We're so pleased the entire experience - from communication to delivery to the mattress itself - has met your expectations.
Here's to many more nights of comfortable, restful sleep!
The Mattress of my life! Finally! :)
I had the best ever experience while shopping the proper mattresses for my mother and myself. After many challenges and difficulties in finding the right mattress for us, after laying on all beds of the all showrooms in the all adjacent towns and cities, I decided to start studying about mattresses.
I came across SLEEP HARVESTER company and their researches, innovations, know-how and common sense focused my attention. It was firstly a feeling that I found what will help us. Then, it came the process of understanding what, how and why they are doing mattresses differently.
I just wanted to double check my choices with the help of their website chat.
Surprisingly, it was a HUMAN! Yes, not a robot, not AI. A person who understood our needs, medical condition and aspiration for a normal SLEEP. Armed with all the knowledge, we got the right mattress for our bad habit of working on the laptop in bed... I am sure we are not the only one... ;). Some are not saying and just suffer in silence. I explained our pains and the service was brilliant with the first mattress. Exactly what we needed, how we wanted. They operated for us adjustments, like the thickens we preferred on the model chosen.
Very happy!!!
I decided to buy one for my mum as well.
Prompt service, extremely professional advice offered straight away, even at late hour on a Sunday night. Real people! Knowledgeable and kind, extracting the essence of our needs from the whole story we told.
Good price! Amazing discount! Products made to last, made with passion and care. I am advocating for the research, technology and the innovation behind the products. Great ranges! Multiple choices! Great advisers!
Now, I am going to bed for a normal, fine, deserved rest on my NEW mattress, trying to erase from my memories all the bad nights I had on my previous, doubled priced mattress that I hated more than my excruciating sciatic pain...

Dear Cristalia,
I'm truly moved by your extraordinary review - thank you for sharing your journey with such detail and honesty. Reading about your struggles with sciatic pain and the exhaustive search through showrooms across multiple towns makes me even more grateful that you found us and that we could help.
Your experience perfectly captures what Sleep Harvester is all about - real humans, genuine expertise, and mattresses designed with research and innovation to solve real sleep problems. I'm so pleased that our late Sunday night conversation led to the perfect solution for both you and your mum, including the custom thickness adjustments you needed.
The fact that you took the time to study mattresses yourself and recognized the science and common sense behind our approach means everything to us. You're absolutely right - many people suffer in silence with the wrong mattress (yes, working on laptops in bed is more common than you think!), and we're honoured you trusted us to address your specific needs and medical conditions.
Knowing that you're now sleeping normally and comfortably after those excruciating nights on your previous mattress - which cost double! - is exactly why we're so passionate about what we do. Sleep should heal, not hurt, and I'm thrilled we've helped erase those bad memories.
Thank you for advocating for our research, technology, and innovation. Your words about our team being knowledgeable, kind, and able to extract the essence of your needs are the highest compliment we could receive.
Wishing you and your mum many years of pain-free, restorative sleep. You both deserve it.
Sleep well, and thank you for being part of the Sleep Harvester family.
I have never in my life experienced a bed as comfortable as this!
I have never in my life experienced such excellent customer service. From the moment we bought our first mattress the CHANCELLOR 2000 Bamboo Hybrid - Natural Cooling, when it was delivered and the after care, was exceptional! I have been dealing with Ilyas who has been totally awesome, so friendly and accommodating. Not just the customer service. Our super king mattress is better than any other mattress i have ever slept on. I have a bad hips and an old back injury i have spent thousands of £ on mattresses, but this one exceeded all expectations. we went with the soft which is perfect for us and every night we look forward to getting in to bed! I will never again use crappy Dreams or Benson for Beds who churn out rubbish and are both over priced.. our super king was just over £600 and we have both loved sleeping on it..it is because of our first experience with this bed that we bought our single bed and i will continue to purchase from this company when we expand. Id encourage you all to stop and look at this company, dont go with crowds go with a team that designs a really comfortable, easy on the pocket, mattress. The attention to detail, professional and polite customer service are the icing on the cake. It has taken me years to find a bed like this and i only wish id found it earlier, id have saved my back and my pocket a lot of damage! Thanks to all at Sleep Harvester! :) x
