Was with them awhile and when I last went on, wasn’t allowed to listen to the normal storm I listened to for ages because they wanted me to pay for it! Found a free one that is better.

Love listening to Koko Sleep at night and when I can’t go back to sleep. Could you please write a story about a Chion (Papillon chihuahua mix) named Kitty or add to a Hector and Sunny story.
I downloaded the app, signed up for free trial, used one night and canceled subscription.
Then after canceling, they waited til the free trial was up and THEY STILL CHARGED A YEAR @ $69.99 !!!
I reached out to customer service and they told me to contact Apple since it went thru the App Store. I contacted Apple and they told me the merchant (sleepiest) saved my info (from the free trial even though I cancelled the very next day) and several days later at 1am hit me with a yearly subscription.
Bank statements doesn’t say Apple Pay listed, it says sleepiest. Your customer service keeps telling me to contact Apple because you don’t issue refunds.
Was on the phone for an hour with Apple and last two days after work messaging what assume is an AI bot program you have for customer service.
Going to bank tomorrow to report fraud
I have had trouble sleeping for several years because of an incident that happened where my house got shot at in the night. My kids and I are fine and even though I moved to another state, PTSD caused me to fear sleeping. I discovered sleepiest about a month ago and I’m no longer suffering from insomnia! I fall asleep easily and rarely wake up until morning. Proper sleep really changes everything!!!! Thank you for making my life better and the gift of sleep!!!
