Placed an order with paid first class item wasn’t dispatched until after the bank holiday 5 days after original purchase and additional £5 shipping. Emailed twice and was ignored regarding a refund of additional shipping cost I would avoid in the future.

I have been buying card sleeves and card binders from here a couple of times now, and everything has always been in great condition, well priced and packaged well when posted. Overall, a great shop for card accessories.

Good range of products but they were a little slow to ship the product. It said 2-3 days shipping, but it took a week before they even sent it out.

Other than the email confirming the order (that I placed on the 18th of this month) I have not received the products or any further updates from the seller. My attempts to make contact have been ignored. If my order ever arrives I might update this review.

Waiting for over a week for an order. No updates. No contact. Website says same day dispatch. This is not true. I will amend this review once I receive my order or even just an update. As a first time customer this has not been a very good experience so far.

Update - order arrived 11 days after ordering but was well packaged and happy with everything I ordered. Would be a 5 star if there was some sort of communication and update as to why it took so long to get delivered and dispatch times are not correctly advertised on website. I would order from them again but would take it to consideration the long delivery time.

All in all great products that are hard to find anywhere else but a Slow service and lack of communication.
