Beautiful quality duvet set
As expected, this duvet set is made of the highest quality cotton and is perfectly finished. It fits well and looks great. If you buy from Sleep Organic you won't be disappointed. My only quibble with this purchase is that the buttons are a bit fiddly to fasten, and as for ironing the duvet cover - well!
I recently purchased a pillow for my 14 month old son from their online store. I was really excited about him having his own pillow. He used it for his afternoon nap but unfortunately woke up with what appeared to be clusters of bites on his exposed skin. I immediately removed the pillow as that was the only new addition to his bed. I can't be 100% its the pillow but due to the recent scare of bed bugs in the media I couldn't risk it. I contacted customer service and they quickly responded and agreed for me to return it. I returned it on the 9th Nov 2023 using their pre paid postage label. I emailed them on the 17th Nov after not receiving my refund and again on the 22nd Nov. Still waiting for a reply. I have also tried to contact them via their telephone number and live chat but no one seems to answer. I would suggest buying organic and wool bedding from elsewhere. I will be taking this matter further if they continue to ignore my messages as I have spent £40 on nothing so far.
