Ordered on 4th December. Despite expectations it would be received before Christmas this is now unlikely.
Tracking information was useless and email to the company was not answered.

Would give minus stars if possible. Do not believe the 90 day money back guarantee. Offer of 50% and I can keep the items that do not work and are no use to me "to avoid the inconvenience". Stated I would need to return to Sweden at my expense but have ignored two requests to supply the address. Avoid this company like the plague!
Scam! Despite saying on their website 90 night risk free guarantee the returns policy is very different. Cannot be used and has to be returned at your own expense. Have to email within 14 days of purchase. Way too small and miles too long. Totally unusable. Emailed support 6 days ago and heard nothing. PayPal says I can't make a claim until January 2026!
I ordered the Sleep Snug and unfortunately, it does not fit my 6'3" frame, making it unusable for me. I initially reached out for a refund and return instructions, but after three separate attempts to contact customer service, I have yet to receive any response. The lack of communication is very disappointing.
Ordered 26th July, only recieved tracking info after complaining 6th August.
It is now 13th August and the parcel is still not even registering as shipped. I have no idea how good this product is as I'm doubting it will ever be delivered.
