Keeping them as safe as possible is a must. There is no other better dog carrier than a sleepy pod. This is our second sleep pod and the dogs love it.

I called for support on a product issue and they were very helpful. They also followed up by email with additional support, which I appreciated. I am very satisfied with the customer support I received!

Excellent communication, fast shipping.

I’m into safety for me (dog flying forward in an accident) and my dog when driving in the car. I had the older model pet protective harness and loved it for my prior dog. The new harness is sturdier. My dog adapted to using it. The car clip is a good idea to keep the car seat belt out at the right length, but sometimes the belt still retracts, making me have to let the seat belt retract after it locks so I can pull it all the way out again. I don’t use the harness to walk my dog.

Good materials and got on time.

Quick and easy process. Harness is the best I have tried out of many. Kitty even likes it.

You have to pay for return shipping and then re buy the product. No exchanges.

Love the martingale harness for my dogs. Originally bought from the Canadian site as I’m in Canada but they are constantly sold out . The previous ones had a Velcro closure which is quick to get my pups in and out of them but my female hates the sound of the Velcro ,so I’m loving the buckles.Also the Velcro gets full of fur eventually which is why I wanted a new one.Excellent quality, aesthetic & ease of use. Nice colour choices .My only complaint is they are a little pricey -especially so with the shipping but only the best for my sweet pups ! Will be ordering another shortly for my male puppy as soon as he’s done growing .
Would love to see more mesh underneath to allow for more air flow (my male gets hot quickly with his double coat) if it doesn’t compromise safety and comfort - or maybe even a cooling harness option or other cooling gear. Thanks sleepypod!

I think the product is top notch! But I am disappointed that the return is self-pay. I mean it's not a cheap product and I accidentally bought a bag too small for my cat and had to pay for the return myself. I think this is generally just bad service

The Sleepypod Air that we ordered is made of good quality material and has lots of ventilation.

I feel so much more comfortable and safer while driving my dog in the car now. It fits well, useful as a walking harness, and reduces her motion sickness because she's no longer able to pace around

Excellent quality items and truly excellent service. I've ordered multiple products from them and they've all arrived in a decent amount of time. I had to return some harnesses for the wrong size; after messaging them on their site, they replied back to me that same day with detailed instructions for my options. I ended up exchanging the harnesses for a newer line they had. In total, I have purchased their mobile sleepypods, their harnesses and leashes, and their Atom carriers. I love everything and will continue to purchase more. The only issue I have is not their fault, but they ran into a supplier issue for a couple of their accessories, so I'm still waiting on those to come back in stock.

Customer service was great! Unfortunately the product didn't work well with my dog. The return process was easy. I would definitely use this company. Good customer service is hard to find these days.
