It wasn't exactly what I thought I was ordering. Your description makes it difficult to really tell. I thought I was ordering more of a comforter but it will serve the purpose.

I gave a comforter as a gift to my son & daughter in law. They were so happy with the fabric & the looks of the comforter. It was shipped so quickly. I couldn’t believe it when they called me to thank me. I was so happy with everything that I will Recommend them to all my friends. Excellent quality & service!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently purchased the “extra thick mattress pad” from your store. Unfortunately, the product is not as described: it is much thinner and less comfortable than expected, and does not match the description or photos at purchase.

These pillow cases are amazing! I received the free one that they offer on their site and loved it, so I had to buy a matching one.

I placed an order on 11/3. I have not received the order as of today 11/24/2025

Package did not arrive and no one from customer service has responded to me. They sent me nothing but a tracking number and an alert from the post office. I’m out the money with no package!!!

I was so excited to get this in but when I got it, it was not at all what I was expecting. It looked really fluffy in the pictures but it's anything but. It's flat, was never fluffy and what I got feels like I'm just laying on a nice comforter. I ended up having to order a memory foam from puffy and that's my golden ticket right there!!!

It didn't help my bad back at all. However, since no returns, my mom absolutely loves it on her tempurpedic so much and said it's really comfortable!! That's why I'll give it a 4.

I never knew mattress pad covers could be so awesome and puffy. I love it can’t wait to lay down on it . Makes sleep very comfortable . I can’t have a bed without it .

I adore the cooling mattress pad that I purchased months ago. I went to buy a second one for the guest bedroom and accidentally ordered a twin instead of a king. I ordered a king right after (so had two ordered placed). I tried to reach out to cancel the first order before it processed but didn’t hear back in time. When I reached out to return the unnecessary twin, they first offered a discount to keep it and when I said I would rather return as I don’t have a use for it I was delighted to see that they refunded me and said to keep it anyway. In my opinion, that is excellent customer service. I will donate the mattress pad and someone will get lucky to have this amazing topper!

The pillow o ordered became more thin and I did not even use it much . It’s been only 60 days n it’s paper thin

I sent an email to the "service.com" address earlier this month about the lifetime warranty on a sheet set (that I'm not crazy about) but have never received a response at all! Definitely will NOT be purchasing from this company again.

I bought the extra fluffy mattress pad bc I’ve been experiencing much back and hip pain for a while now and didn’t want to spend over a thousand on a new mattress . Every morning I wake up with pain in my back and hips that would take an hour to get back in line with my legs. The first time in a while I slept good bc of my new mattress pad. Looking at it I thought this was a waste of money but I was wrong for sure. It definitely helped.

Customer service is easy to work with however the mattress topper isn't quite what is expected it does provide some extra softness but not what you would expect for a 3 in topper advertised as to help relieve back inside of your pain but all in all it's a great deal for $50 on Amazon really great deal for that price

The mattress pad I purchased went on a pull out sofa couch with a thin mattress on it. After putting the mattress pad on it, it felt very comfortable. I would certain purchase another one for bed.
