Unbelievable shopping experience that took almost a year to complete.
My order for an €1800 bed took almost 12 months to complete and I'm still left with damaged goods - the worst shopping experience I've ever had.
- The wrong bed parts were delivered initially and it took almost a year to resolve, with countless emails and phone calls to the clueless staff.
- I was initially told to post the +30kg, 2m long bed parts back to Slewo.com at my own cost, which is completely unacceptable seeing as it was their mistake in the first place.
- The bed-head was scratched on delivery. A discount was promised initially by one member of staff but after almost a year this was revoked by the manager.
