I am so shocked at some of the bad reviews! I am from New Jersey, and I have had several pizzas from them. I get the meatball ricotta, and it is amazing! Best pizza around here.

Would never recommend. Do not order from them. Will not refund you when you want to cancel you order. Was told by the restaurant to speak with a supervisor and oh there is no one available. If you can order from the restaurant you trying to order from and not slice!! They are terrible!

From start to finish the app is very user friendly; it’s a quick and easy process when ordering.

Watch OUT! ! THEY added $2.50 to the driver's tip.I saw it as the screen changed after processing the order.

App says pizza for bday party was delivered, but not to me. Called them immediately to find there is nothing they could do but cancel and refund. Asked twice for them to reorder from shop and get re-delivered, and was told not possible

Great intuitive interface for the app, and I like how this supposedly puts more money in the pockets of the small businesses. Two things need improvement:
1. Improve timing for pick-up orders. Several times now after the app says my order is ready for pickup, the restaurant tells me I need to wait another 20-30 minutes. App needs a way to update their "ready" times to reflect reality.
2. As others have recommended, like the Uber app...allow for tips to be placed after the order has been received. I've tipped up front with the "hope" that the order is correct and well prepared. This is backwards.

Always a good experience with this app, and local shops! They helped correct an order mishap quickly this week! Thanks!

Don’t use this site. You will not be able to reach anyone, they never write back. If your order goes wrong you’re then screwed
After response from slice… Don’t waist your time I messaged them 6 times and no response they only respond if it’s public

Avoid this company. I ordered food using their webpage. Got charged for my food and It never arrived. I get to be punished for the failure of their driver, by having to spend even more money to get food and wait roughly a week to get any compensation. Instead of offering to have the food reordered, they just said "Sorry we can give you a refund, we can't do anything else. Which is factually incorrect. They have the order, they have the address the food was going to. They SHOULD have reordered the food and footed the bill themselves since it was their mistake. They do not care about the customer base, only the money they can get. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible customer service and delivery. We waited over 30 minutes for our delivery and when they finally showed up I asked them why they were so late. The driver said they sent him to two different addresses. He still couldn’t find us so we had to go outside to wave him down. He was on the street 5’ away from our street. After we finally got our order it was so cold we couldn’t eat it. I then called the Slice customer service to complain and they offered me $8 off the next time I ordered from them. Who would want to order from a company that can’t deliver your order on time, can’t find your address after several attempts, and delivers an unbeatable product. Someone with Slice needs to make this right and consider training their delivery drivers.

Crappy company
Orders pizza on your behalf. Had 6 ordered today
Didn't even get a deliverry which is okay but still is charging me too much.
Please refrain from this company

Well we receive Taylor’s order and it was let on the porch, so we didn’t even know for 20+ minutes. Hope Taylor enjoyed our order that included Sicilian bread. Unfortunately we probably will no longer order from the pizza place that we have frequented 3+ years.

Slice makes ordering dinner so easy. The restaurant has some issues. It’s either NOT as ordered, burnt or very small amount of toppings/fillings. Complain about it and you get nowhere except to pay for your items that are wrong. They neither replace or refund.

If I could rate this trash company zero stars, I would. This company has been spamming customers (me) with emails saying they have earned a free pizza from their app. I have been receiving these emails for over two months now and reached out to the company about it. They apologized on 8/18/25, they emailed and promised it would not happen again.
On 9/7/25, I received another email saying I’d earned a free pizza. I logged in. No free pizza. On 9/19/25, slice messed up our order. I spoke with someone about this as well as the spam emails that continue to arrive in my email. The person I spoke to on the app said that as a
Courtesy, they would add the free pizza I kept getting in my email that never materialized
To the account by 9/20/25. It was never added to the account.
On 9/22/25, I received yet another email saying I’d earned the free pizza. I logged in to check and it was still not there.
On 9/26/25, I spoke to the company via their app about the missing pizza as we were about to order dinner. I was told by Liam B that I should have unsubscribed to their emails to stop from getting the free pizza emails. I explained to him that it wasn’t my job to fix their email glitch. He said he had no record of the chat from the previous week about the free pizza being added. After almost 30 minutes, he added $15 to my account which was nothing after being called a liar and being lied to about these free pizzas I’d earned for two months and being spammed in my email by the company.
I called the customer service number and spoke to Noah S, who claimed he was the only supervisor working at ALL of Slice on Friday 9/26/25 at 5:54 pm eastern time. He kept
Putting himself on mute after I complained about the situation and then would respond.
I explained that we spend on average $45-$50/wk of our money and that $15 was not enough to rectify this situation. He dismissed me and said to have a good night and hung up.
This company is spamming and scamming customers and providing horrible customer service. Will not use again.

Great fast service and delivery. Everything is always delicious!

If you’re thinking of using Slice . . . DON’T! They picked up my order, and said it was delivered. It was not. When I called their useless customer service, they had no answers. They said maybe it was delivered to the wrong address, but maybe it was stolen by the driver. They are quick to give you a refund in within 48 hours. That prevents us from calling the cops. It’s theft. I would suggest that if you don’t get your food, call the police, not customer service.

easy to order from my favorite local restaurant! lots of fees tho.

My "Slice" delivery which I learned is done by Uber was unsatisfactory. My delivery didn't come and when I called "Slice" they agreed to take off my $65.00 charge. I said to them, "can't you check to see where Uber delivered the food? No, we can't check. Unbelievable. Later, I went out and found my food laying the my neighbor's doorstep, by this time cold. I called "Slice" back and had them reinstate the charge, but I told them I would never use them again

Order was pushed back after placing, and when it finally arrived the pizza was ice cold and salad soggy. Slice offers zero protection for the customer - unless the restaurant approves the refund request you cannot get one. Why would the restaurant approves to lose money?? How can that be the policy? Was told they reached out to the restaurant ‘and this is how they prepare their food’ - what does that even mean? Slice offered 15% refund. For an order that was put in the trash? What is the point of paying a fee to a company that doesn’t provide a service or any remedies when issues arise?

The app is very easy to use. You don't have to wait and call in an order. The food is delicious and I can pay online. I love using Slice.
