Don't risk it. Order product and when it arrived the directions and manual directly contradicted the advertisement. The camping heater was supposed to be able to use propane or butane, double as a cook stove, and used indoor. The directions said use only butane, don't use indoors and don't use to cook. It shipped from China even though they claim to ship form the US and when i asked to return they demanded I pay shipping back to China. They even asked me to lie about the value to avoid tariffs. Don't buy form them

The machine is not what is in the picture. They only refunded $150.00 of $389.00 and made me paid $79.00 for shipping. They claim they need to re sell it and they had to replace the box. I feel sorry for who ever gets the damaged machine.

5 star reviews look suspect Scary reviews . Says item can be bought thru Costco when googling.
Guess I’ll have to go to trusty Amazon.
No one answers phones..if it’s a Chinese company beware, you’ll never see your refund. They’re all sketchy online traders ….experience talking

Received a treadmill that worked for 25 minutes. No one to talk to too. $330 down the drain.

Awful! Do not buy from this company. We received a completely broken piece of junk exercise bike and now they won’t answer our emails.

They lie! Products are not shipped from the US. Then they don’t honor their word about reimbursing you for returning their ineffective products.

Additionally, they ask you to LIE when sending products back so they won’t have to pay import Tariffs and customs 🛃. Once, if, you receive a partial refund they will still deduct 14% for their restocking. BOTTOM LINE THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS AND LIARS.

When SLICHIC Pays For Return Shipping - Slichic will pay for the cost of return shipping if the reason for return was result of OUR error. Examples of instances may include:
Item arrived defective and cannot be fixed with a replacement part
We shipped out the wrong item #
We shipped it to the wrong address
We shipped a duplicate order
Item malfunctioned during the 30 day returns period (Assuming the customer assembled the item properly per the instruction manual)

I am 5'9" and 170lbs...amd the bike is too small. I hit my knees on the handlebar a lot. This may be ok for smaller statured people, but as big as I am, the bike is too small.
Also, the construction of the main frame seems ok, but the parts are, well, kind of "chincy" and not substantial. The resistence mechanism is real cheap, made of thick felt pad. The pad did not line up with the curve of the flywheel; I took apart the front wheel housing tomake the contact better by bending the housing arm. Not recommending this to anyone.

Nice devices for an UV-C and in particular it seems to be fantastic price and discount for how much they cover. My packages were delivered in great condition and on time as promised. I was skeptical about them due to great online reviews, but was very pleasantly surprised with the high level of results and how devices work.
I highly recommend them for your needs. Will definitely re-order from them again.
My cons is to add in your manual book how often is good to use them to have a clean environment. I google it but nothing appears.

I purchased a studio indoor training bike, which was misrepresented as a 5 stars item and bike was not, really small bike,smaller than some others in the market, light very lightweight, very poor quality, made in china,cheap item.the delivery was super slow, more than a month, finally when we try to return this item the seller let us know that they don't have prepaid labels to return, we said ok we pay to return,after we return this bike they refused to return or money, we contact pay pal to get our money back, and they said that the seller is not answering, finally after 2 months they offer us a settle amount of money that we accepted just to don't loose more money, we end up losing 180 dollars plus 3 months of our lives trying to do something good, never again, this seller is a fiasco, the 5 star rating is faked as well the merchandise they sale. Please avoid this type of situation, do not purchase fake merchandise from bad sellers with fake 5 star rating. Very disappointed.

this unit was no what i expected for the price.....it is small and toylike. will not fit a sstandard 20lb propane bottle connection......too much money for this small unit

Does not look anything like the photos online. It's cheap and flimsy. Extremely disappointed in this treadmill. It's says it for running, I can't imagine running on this. Super small also !!!!

I payed for merchandise supposed to shipped i haven't received the order as of 01/24/2021 and just received an email from Slichic in Chinese only my first name in English seems suspicious to me
