Banned me from purchasing
Got a quote through a comparison website, went through to slick to purchase, was messing around with the excess, changed it once to see how it effected the price and they banned me front purchasing insurance!!!!!! Whats the point in allowing customers to play around with the pricing if your going to ban them its a joke

Cheap price but awful customer service
Cheap price but awful customer service. No phone number to contact anyone. The online chat is a chatbot that is unhelpful and no one responded to my emails at all. The company says it accepts Amex, but it never worked, and I couldn't get help using it.

How was your experience joining Slick?
Companies shouldn't ask customers to review their signing-up process.
The process was very average.
