MX Keys: An extremely expensive keyboard that cannot perform the basic function of transferring saved shortcuts to a new computer. I restored the official backup and nothing works. Hours of Smart Actions are gone. Completely unacceptable for a premium productivity product.

I purchased the Logitech MX Master 3S expecting a premium-quality product that would last for years. Unfortunately, after relatively careful use, the left mouse button has started sticking and no longer works reliably.
What makes this particularly disappointing is that the mouse has been used exclusively in an office environment and handled very carefully. It has not been subjected to gaming, travel, heavy use or any unusual conditions. A failure of a primary mouse button under these circumstances is difficult to reconcile with the expected durability of a premium product.
I contacted Logitech Support hoping for a reasonable resolution. Unfortunately, the solution offered was a 20% discount code towards purchasing another Logitech product.
To be honest, this does not feel like an appropriate resolution. If a premium mouse fails during normal, careful use, offering a discount towards buying another mouse effectively means asking the customer to pay again for a replacement for a product that should have been reliable in the first place.
I was expecting Logitech to stand behind the quality of its products more strongly in a situation like this.
I’m still open to resolving this directly with Logitech and would be happy to reconsider my experience if a more appropriate solution, such as a replacement, can be offered. At the moment, however, I’m disappointed both with the product’s durability and with how the issue has been handled.

1.4 star reviews aren't surprising at the time of me writing.
I bought one of their mice for the first time and it will be my last time buying any of Logitech products.
First of all, the product qualities are really subpar compared to other high end brands. Most of the aspects feel like a mediocre shameless attempt at marketing without actual innovation. For example, the mouse has an RBG light which only lights up its logo on a weird spot and serves zero purpose other than marketing. Bro you ain't apple.
Their G-HUB app is incompatible with custom and older windows 10. It get updates every few weeks and still can't launch through firewall. It runs a ton of separate apps to update and download from start to its entire lifetime. It cannot start without active internet. Even after you manually allow all their apps through firewall, it still can't assign or remap the buttons. Takes hours to install and uninstall this bloatedass app. It's filled with these notorious bugs and issues...
If I am paying for these high end products, I don't want to spend a dozen of hours trying to get it to work.

Absolutely the worst company to deal with. It is a simple return for a defected keyboard. It has been two and a half weeks, they have been dragging the process with their absolutely ridiculous questions and requests for screenshot of this, screenshot of that.
They should just come out and say it that they need the 50 bucks, I would donate it to them.

My fiancé purchased from Amazon a cordless headset for gaming for me to use for my Customer service job. The product was 5 months old and now it's malfunctioning. The item is clearly under warrenty and when we attempted to contact Logitech customer service via email we communicated with a Rep who identified himself as John. John requested which we expected a copy of the purchase receicit which we sent him. Then he responded by stating it wasn't good enough he needed some other form of receipt. However, John was playing what appeared to be a game of "CAT & Mouse for he never explained in his emails what was missing from our documentation that we emailed him. Finally after going back and forth numerous times and my Fiancé accusing him of harassing us, he wrote stating he wanted us to print the complete invoice on amazon and forward it to him. After my fiancé did as he requested this John character emails him back acknowledging he received the correct information however, now he needed to know how my fiancé was related to me! My fiancé wrote him asking why he needed to know the relationship between the two of us to honor the warranty. My fiancé in one final attempt to resolve this issue even though we felt harassed, informed him that he was my fiance and I resided at his address. This John character writes back this time alleging we gave him two different tracking numbers and now requesting the email for one of the emails he never identified. After all this we wrote This John and informed him we were done communicating with him and demanded to have him have a supervisor contact us. We also informed John we would be completing a Google review on his company warning consumers to not buy their products for Logitech gives people a run-a-round regarding warranty claims. I seriously would not recommend this company to anyone even my worst enemy. These products they sell are not cheap and with all the hassle you go through when ;you buy a product that doesn't function properly it's not worth the Hassel. Stay far away from Logitech products!!! BE Ware! We got screwed! Warranty customer service for this company appears to be Horrible!
Very unhappy customer!

Had a few issues with my product, but they offered a replacement, and we got there in the end.
Thank you, Logitech.

The worst company I have ever ordered from makes false promises about shipment dates. I ordered a mouse and it came with a free mousepad. Well I received the free item but not the $200 item I ordered. I contacted customer support multiple times and they are not helpful whatsoever ever they “sent out a replacement” only for me to have to call them again and complain about my order still not being sent out for shipment. This was 3 weeks after I have ordered it. I will NEVER order from this company again.

Products are quality, experience is terrible. I have has an MX Master 3S for several years and honestly it's my favourite mouse. But because it's a "productivity mouse" designed to optimise battery life the polling rate is capped at a terrible 125Hz. As someone who regularly switches between gaming and browsing the internet (and I mean every 30 minutes sort of thing) it's absurd to me not to have an option to adjust that. It wouldn't even be hard to have that be adjustable surely, to just have a setting to optimise battery life which can be turned on and off.
Most people online suggest having a separate gaming mouse but that's just not reasonable for my lifestyle habits. The 'support software' is ridiculous and pure bloatware, even what I would consider worse than most bloatware. The app also doesn't allow full-screen which is just infuriating in my opinion, the floating window is overstimulating unless you close all other apps but why should I have to do that, just allow full screen it cannot be that hard.

A company of this size and they can't post to Northern Ireland. This is response from Mich "I understand how frustrating this must be. After checking, I can confirm that we do have an online store for the UK and Ireland. However, I’m sorry to let you know that Northern Ireland is currently a restricted shipping region for our eCommerce store, which means we're unable to deliver there as we don't have warehouse support for that location at this time".
They do have an online store for UK and Ireland. Northern Ireland is in UK. A company like this surely could easily add support for delivery to my region.

Bought multiple headsets from them in specific the pro x se and normal pro x. Ran into the same issue with both pairs. After around a year of usage the audio in the left ear just stops working... everything else works. It happened with 3 of my headsets, same timeframe and same issue.

I had an MX Master 3S for about two years and the left clicker is not functioning. Logitech would do nothing for me except give me a 30% discount. How can you charge $100 for a mouse that won't even last two years I'm done with logitech forever.

I recently started a ticket on getting either a repair or replacement for the expensive G915 LIGHTSPEED keyboard. The material on the keys was wearing off with normal use quite fast and reached a point where they are unrecognizable. The keyboard then also recently started experiencing double input issues, which made me reach out.
Upon contacting customer service, Logitech acknowledged the keyboard had these known complaints and claimed they had fixed these issues on newer builds. However, they were unwilling to provide any real solution due to the recently expired warranty other than suggesting a 20% discount and that you basically purchase the 'fixed' product. You'd expect such an expensive keyboard to last longer than 2 years.
I would suggest you do not spend this amount of money on Logitech if you want value in return.
Update:
I'd like to clarify that Logitech ghosted my email that they suggested I should send in the performative and scripted response under this review.

For over a decade it's been well documented that logitech sells wheel bases that are compatable rather then functional. There wheels and pedels only emulate a controller failing handshakes within minutes. Hard farmed the general public with poor products and worse customer service if you can even call it that.

On December 2, 2024, I purchased a Logitech G Pro X Superlight Wireless Optical Mouse (25600 DPI, Black - 910-005881) from the PCDIGA online store in Portugal. On May 31, 2026, I opened a support ticket on the Logitech website because the dongle had malfunctioned. They asked for several photos, which I provided; after much back-and-forth, they offered to send a replacement mouse, even though I only wanted a replacement dongle. Now, they refuse to send the new mouse, claiming the invoice is invalid, yet they are unable to explain why. Invoice: PCDIGA ZFAT BZA1/9180872348.
Horrible after-sales service. They’re making a huge fuss over a dongle and are going to lose a customer. As far as I’m concerned, never again with Logitech.

Logitech sent me the wrong item and it's been a grueling experience trying to get the item I ordered sent to me. Day 6 and I'm still waiting for a return label. I hope their product (assuming I eventually receive it) is better their customer service. I do not recommend purchasing from their direct website.

Good afternoon, on July 1, 2026, I picked up a package from Logitech that I had ordered from the Czech Republic. When I got home and opened the box, I found that the entire order contained only one mouse—and that was it. I wrote to them; they opened an investigation and said they would reship the order. A few days later, they said they wouldn’t replace the item or issue a refund. I’m very disappointed with this store! I have neither the item nor my money—just one mouse and that’s it....

Logitech M185 Wireless Mouse
Mouse wheel malfunctioned after a few days and eventually pads underneath wore away
I have been passed from pillar to post by customer service and carefully orchestrated to avoid return or refund, after supplying videos and details several times
This has dragged on nearly a year now!

Paid almost £100 for a master mx3s mouse which didn’t last 24 months (kept in a case and used and cared for as new).
Logitech offered a replacement (in writing) however then ‘changed their mind’ and asked for MP4 videos to be generated and uploaded showing the mouse doesn’t work. Such effort and obstructive processes. Won’t be buying from them In future!
