Very disappointed with the customer service provided when I made a complaint. I purchased a 50 serving tin in chocolate flavour and when I opened the tin it gave of a bad aroma and when I tasted it , it was terrible. I contacted customer service and,provided them the information requested. They did not bother to contact me back for 10 days so I contacted them. Their response was obviously cut and paste pre written letters and fobbed me off with the excuse they wanted to investigate the matter with the factory and suppliers. This made me feel I was at fault and they wanted to check up on me. I would have thought they would have gone out of their way to process a replacement or refund but it seems they would prefer to fight the complaint. I will never buy slim fast again after 12 years of custom.

I hadn't used it for a while and it's supposed to have a "new improved taste" unfortunately it was disgusting, preferred the old ones. Horrible aftertaste and had to force it down, ended up binning it.

I eat many Slimfast, chocolate meal replacement bars and never had a problem.
Unfortunately I found a very hard 1 cm piece in one bar and emailed Slimfast. I just wanted to know what the piece was.
I haven’t had a reply, just advertising emails from Slimfast.
This was over 2 weeks ago now and I am shocked by how they don’t seem to care about their customers. I even received an email asking for a review regarding how my problem was dealt with!

Absolutely disgusting Customer Service !!! Several 'free calls' - after going through speal about adults only etc it ring twice and goes dead. Emailed, no response !!

Chocolate shake mix is vile, smells like pure chemicals, foul taste and 'repeats' with a stale horrible chemical taste. Bought the large 1.752 kg - 50 meals, what a waste of money.
Don't touch it with a barge pole !!!

Product (Caramel shake - 584g) was faulty, smells bad, tastes worse, I tried the 'helpline' after the message about adults only and parental supervision, then you are supposed to get through to some-one, except all that happens is it rings twice and disconnects the call. My wife tried an email to customer services, It was not replied to after a week.

Weight is coming off, but the shakes taste like over sweet chemical flavour apart from blueberry which tastes like vomit mixed with chalk. My digestive system reacts to something in them as well so feel bloated (not full, bloated). Wish they could provide savoury flavours or just way less sweet!

I buy a ‘Ready to go’ box each week and use the contents for my breakfast and lunch each day. Proper meal of the evening full of veg etc. it’s really working for me as I love the structure of knowing exactly what I’m eating and when. I don’t like the powder shakes so the ready made is working out better. I love that it’s all sweet because it fills the craving without piling on the calories.
I’ll keep going until I reach my goal

Just opened tin of caramel slimfast . Smell of chemicals horrendous . Had two sips , nearly made me vomit. Thrown away 🤮😡

I’ve been doing this for2 months now,not lost much weight at all ,hungry all the time aswell and I am sticking to it religiously.Not impressed

I used to love slim fast , have a strawberry shake for breakfast everyday , but since the recipe changed it has no taste definitely not strawberry just bland , it also has given me digestive issues since it changed , was fine before , I’m sad it used to be great , have to change to some other brand now ☹️

The shakes have literally transformed my shape. I'm a 52 year old female and I haven't lost this much weight in 18 years. I have a busy life so trying to whip up an appetising salad for lunch wears thin after a few weeks but with the shakes there's nothing to think about. I bought the slimfast shaker which makes it even easier to take to work. My favourite flavours are banana, vanilla and peach, strawberry was the only flavour I didn't like. Also love the sour cream pretzels as my daily snack.

I loved the chocolate orange flavour bars but Slimfast have changed the recipe for these bars, and you can no longer taste the orange flavour. There is just an overwhelming sweet tasting with an unpleasant aftertaste. I will have to throw these ones away as they taste so bad I just can’t eat them

I won’t be purchasing any more of them. Why do companies mess with something that works. Really disappointed with them.

Can't understand the negative remarks about slimfast.
My mum used to buy Slim fast 40 years ago - as a product , it's still going well, so I don't think it's a dodgy product.
It has multiple vitamins, nutrients etc!
You don't have to use it as a slimming aid....it's good enough to make confectionery more tasty!
It doesn't have much sugar in, so I make healthy chocolate bars this way : 1. 2 teaspoons slimfast ( strawberry is my fav) 2. 5 teaspoons cacao ( not cocoa!) powder 3. 4 or 5 teaspoons virgin olive oil 4. 3 teaspoons of cassava flour (or tapioca flour) 3 teaspoons of buckwheat flour, teaspoon hemp flour. 6. Some unsweetened soya milk to thicken the mixture until it's like a chocolate bar!
If you do this, you'll be addicted to this kind of chocolate bar!
Without Slimfast, it's not as tasty.
Your gut biome love the recipe I've devised, so all and all , it's a healthy choc bar!

I am so disgusted with the amount of sugar content there is in your shakes let alone your bars. 20grams of sugar and 10 grams of sugar. This is meant to be "slimfast". Don't you mean "FATFAST" Didgraceful company. Tricking your customers into your programme and then once its ended they become craving for sugar. Which also it states no added sugar but it has sugar per serving. Your a fake and you should be known.

The Keto Slimfast Vanilla is disgustingly sweet.
So sweet that it is inedible.

A complete lifestyle change. I’ve done the 321 plan a few times now and succeeded Everytime. Then life takes over. Back on plan and feeling better than I have before. The range of products is good and the cost is so reasonable.

I started slimfast a couple of months ago to kick start my weight loss as I was trying by eating healthy n exercising but not getting results .. this is great 321 plan .. I have now lost 14 pounds .. love having my shakes favourite is raspberry white choc at the moment 😃

The 321 plan is currently working for me and I have so far achieved a 2 and a half stone loss since June :)
