I got so sick that I had to go to the hospital. Once I got out, I tried to get a refund and they denied it. Absolutely awful product. DO NOT BUY

Wish I could put a negative score. Gained weight, sent unused portion back in allotted time, got run around till too much time lapse to get refund. Product did not work. Gained weight.

This product does not work. It's a scam and I fall for it. Paid $300 for 3 months of product. Ended up putting on kilos and I took it every day, was excercising, and mindful of what I ate. DO NOT buy this. Does not deserve any stars but you don't get that choice.

Why don’t all you people sue the company, esp the ones who haven’t received the product as it’s theft!

I haven't bought it. I always check reviews before I purchase anything as I know most of these things are a scam. Came across it on youtube. Firstly, one of the positive reviews said "finally someone not asking for money" (LIE NUMBER ONE)
Well, clearly they are.
At first, I thought they were really going to tell me something I could do on my own at home, not try to sell me something. That's how it comes across in the beginning.
It clicked very quickly though, it was just another infomercial. I got through the whole thing only because I was curious as to the cost and all the crap they were going to spew.
I have then googled our "lovely" casey means to find out; "the sister" she speaks so much about in the video doesn't even exist. (LIE NUMBER TWO)
She has one brother and that's it. If those two lies, doesn't say it all....
PLEASE EVERYONE, SAVE YOUR MONEY!
They are just tying to line their own pockets.

I have purchased SlimJaro on May 7 2025. I have NOT received the product and it’s July 22 2025. Even if I like the product, I can’t get a refund, as it’s been more than 60 days of placing my order.
DO NOT buy this product.

I AM SO THANKFUL TO TRUSTPILOT AND all the honest reviews on here. I saw the video on you tube and was seriously considering purchasing the product. I thought it sounded too good to be true. And, I thought, I will just check some reviews before making the purchase. Boy, am I glad I did!! Thanks to Trustpilot and the reviews here I've been saved from yet another scam. You've got to be so careful these days!!

This scam company and product doesn't deserve any stars, do yourself a huge favor and do not buy into their lies or their total lack of customer service. They do not respond or reply to anything after they have your money. And the product is totally ineffective.

DO NOT BUY! It’s scam. I’ve used it for 2 months. Nothing happened!!! I’ve contacted the company after month one for refund. Was told don’t return the rest, we will give you 30% of total back. I’ve never received any refund and their claim was full refund. It’s scam.

I only bought 1 bottle of Slim Jaro because I only wanted to loose 11 lbs. I only lost 1 lb. and suffered constant constipation. I listed to the entire video and can honestly claim that this product and the claims they make are a scam

I could not take this product. It affected
My blood pressure. I have now been trying to get my refund for over a month now. Their customer service is horrible. Their guarantee is a joke!

UPDATE! Wrote at least 8 emails since April. NO REFUND AS OF 7/23, just an automated message saying it’s being processed. Over 3 months and it’s being processed. SCAM SCAM

I have some advice that all should listen to. Always, and I mean ALWAYS check reviews on products before buying!! That is what I’m here doing. I saw the ad on youtube for this “weight loss” product, and thought Before purchasing I will check reviews, and they are ALL negative!!

Check customer reviews for any product you buy, because there are sooooo many scams out there. And last, DO NOT check reviews on the products website, always go to places like this to get genuine reviews as these companies add their own reviews to deceive people!!

After watching a very convincing video for over 30 minutes l decided to buy 6 packs of Slimjaro for £280 as l was desperate to lose weight. I never lost a lb, what a waste of money. The ingredients aren’t what is shown in the video. I emailed the company on several occasions for a refund and didn’t get a reply. I just wanted to let people know, they are preying on vulnerable people desperate to lose weight, it’s disgusting. Hope this helps someone x

I wouldn't even given them a 1-star review. This company is my idea of a bad joke. Ordered 1 bottle in March and am still waiting for it to arrive. Wrote to customer support and their reply is that according to the refund/cancellation policy, all products with promotional prices and or discount are Not eligible for reimbursement. Apparently this also applies for my never-received package. Have written several mails but they always gives excuses, supposedly trying to tire me out until I stop writing. Even told them to refund only the product and Not the transportation cost. But No. They just trick you and fill their pockets. Hopefully some management might see all these complaints and do something about it. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM.

This is the biggest scam. This product is a total have. I tried to cancel and they said I hadn’t even ordered . They eventually admitted they had received my money but unfortunately the product was on its way. I asked to return the product and they said I had to try it first. I said I just wanted my money back. Nothing . So I have tried it for 2 months and absolutely no weight loss at all. I wanted to loose about 4 kilos but they totally hoodwinked me. I bought 6 months worth of Slimjaro after watching a video that convinced me beyond any reasonable doubt that these capsules would work to reduce my gradual weight gain after menopause. The video mentioned 4 key ingredients that have to be perfectly balanced in order for weight loss to be achieved. However, the capsules DO NOT contain these ingredients at all. After my initial contact with these people via their contact page and receiving no response I actually took them for a month…if anything I actually gained weight and had stomach cramps in the process! I have since contacted them many times to claim my money back under the 60 days money back guarantee refund “policy” with no response whatsoever. This is a scam, there’s no other word for it. I spent £233.00 PLEASE don’t make the same mistake I did. Thank you for reading and if I’ve only helped one person not to be taken in by this scam then my time writing this review has been worth it x

You know, I should know better than to get pulled into these infomercial type things, but I figured I'd give Burn (Slim) Jaro a try. I mean if Oprah is vouching for it, it must be legit and not just a money grab for someone who doesn't need it. I took Burn Jaro as prescribed for 20 days. Much to my disappointment, I am now 7 pounds heavier than when I started. This product doesn't work and I just wanted to cut my losses and get my money back. Yeah, that's not happening. You know there's an issue when you receive the same auto response seconds after sending an email with some gobbledy-gook info about trying the product for longer and offering a 30% refund for my troubles...and the renamed product Slim Jaro is even worse because as has been stated here, the emails are returned undeliverable and the phone numbers are worthless.

Whats worse is the company that takes your money. Cartpanda is a total joke and probably getting a cut of the scam profits. I explained my situation with Burn Jaro and got repeated auto-replies about it being best to contact the experts at Burn Jaro. Clearly, they aren't even bothering to read the emails.

It wont matter in the end except to make me feel a little better about the situation, but I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Maybe if enough of us file complaints we can get this product off the market. I filed a complaint against Cartpanda as well. They are just as responsible for marketing this mess and taking our money.

Lastly, I want to find the email address for Oprah Winfrey. Ive never really been a fan, but as I said at the beginning of this message, I figured if it had her backing, it had to be legit. Yeah, not so much. Just another billionaire playing us all for fools and enriching themselves in the process. 100% SCAM...

My package never arrived despite me providing an updated address more than 3 times so I asked for a refund and this is the response I got

I tried Slimjaro for a month or so (the duration of a bottle of the supplement). I have not noticed any weight reduction whatsoever. It didn’t work for me.
