Ordered a product to then b told I have subscribed and I haven't so have asked for my money back as they can't say have subscribed when I haven't so would like a response before I report them

Since placing my order I have not received any correspondence that the order is processing or shipped - it is now past the expected delivery window specified on the website. I contacted the company via email and have received no response. I understand deliveries can get delayed however there has been no communication or indication that the order has even been processed.

Total Scam.

I’ve used many Weight loss ‘fads’ they all work, except for this one. Tried a 3 month bundle, using Waterout, ApidoBurn, FatBurn and Nightburn, followed all instructions to the letter. Nothing happened whatsoever! It’s essentially powdered cordial, total waste of time. Don’t buy into this con, there are many others which actually work… keep looking and avoid SlimJoy! #slimSad

I placed order 10th August 21. Payment taken and no delivery made. The tracking is not real and not recognised by the company they allege to use DHL.. I spoke to DHL and they gave confirmed no tracking number. I have contacted Sensilab and they told me it was too late to cancel my order even though I had no notification of any dispatch buy oddly once I contacted them they said it has been. Contacted them twice since and told them no delivery. Now they are not replying to my emails or messages ! DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM! I have contacted my bank to try and claim the money back. It will certainly help me to refer to the same experiences that have been shared on here! This company is not based in the UK either so they should not even be putting out a 3-5 working day delivery. Like others I will share on every public media platform and get this company named and shamed and hopefully off the market!

I ordered the nightburn extreme without looking at reviews. When I looked and saw bad reviews for late delivery I was nervous but my product came in five days, exactly how long I was told it would take. Hopefully I’ll be putting on a

The night burn extreme is an excellent product I hve lost 1/2 inch from waist only after 10 days of taking this product and get such a good nights sleep too as I was waking every couple of hours before taking this, the taste is not great but well worth sticking with it!!

Super satisfied! Got my NightBurn Strong after 6 days, had no issues with customer support either. I got the product that I bought. It is a Legit company, and their customer support over Facebook messenger is awesome! I recommend this!

Do not buy! BIG warning! They only take your money , I will write This on every social media !!

This is a scam website. They take your money but do not send the products.

They cannot fulfil orders, poor communication. Never requested refund. Just want products as ordered ASAP

I placed my order on 23rd MARCH but..
I placed my order on 23rd MARCH but... nothing was being delivered!
so I started chasing... and the chase went on for.... two months! with NO success!

I finally get a reply TODAY 22nd MAY saying they attempted to deliver twice (???) and asking if I wanted to cancel instead.

I replied I wanted an immediate refund and was told... yes of course... it takes 30 days though!

to sum it up... not only I have to beg to be updated where my order is... not only I have to chase for a reply... and when I get one after 2 months... you say you will refund after 1 additional month?!

Are you people for real???!!!
