Scam, Pathetic company

Scam, cancelled account, uninstalled the app within 45 days of a year subscription, the next year they hit me with a $69.99 charge, immediately when they authorized my credit card I contacted them. They refuse to credit it back stating that I did not cancel it. Very pathetic desperate company. I do see that I am not the only one.

SCAM Company! Wish I could give negative stars!

I wish I could give negative stars. This company is such a scam. I had to cancel my card twice and report fraud on my credit card two years in a row. When I first noticed the charges back in May of 2024 I emailed them to request a cancellation because apparently that's the only way you can cancel a subscription with this company (that you never signed up for in the first place). I got a response back so I figured that was all done. My credit card is set on autopay so I never really look at it. Well, I just noticed that they never stopped charging me. It's been a year at $29.99 per month after I cancelled the subscription. They are telling me they can't refund my money based on their T&C's but I told them their terms and conditions are irrelevant! They have been fraudulently charging me for over a year AFTER I requested the cancellation! THAT IS THEFT! I will file a lawsuit if my money is not refunded. They better have someone more than a simple employee email me.

No customer service ! No common sense !!

It appears that either I—or someone else—may have initiated a trial of your application, which then automatically converted into a paid annual subscription in 2024. Unfortunately, I completely missed this charge at the time. I only noticed it now, as the subscription has renewed again for another year.

As a company offering health-related products, I would strongly recommend assigning a customer experience manager to review your user engagement data. In my case, despite being charged for two consecutive years, I have never downloaded or used the app. There was also no communication from your side—no reminders, no usage prompts, and no check-ins—until the receipt emails after the payments were processed.

I believe a more customer-centric approach would have been to reach out and ask:
“Hi Arta, we noticed you haven’t used your membership—can we help?”
Instead, the subscription was renewed without any notice or engagement.

THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME BASED ON THIER T&Cs !!!!

how on earth a compnay can run without caring for the customers ! I have no idea !! GET BETTER

A very helpful App!

I had wanted to start walking more for long time, but it just never worked out. I downloaded the walking app, and it turned to be much easier with it. The app tracks how much I walk and even reminds me if I miss a workout. Now I have a clear plan, and I am actually moving more.

I tried the walking app which was fine except that there was no way to input walking on a gym machine. I cancelled the app. but they a have continued to charge me the monthly fee. I've cancelled again and requested a refund on the unapproved charge.

I don't know what the problem is with them. I was on website and for some reason they took a pond themselves to join me up. Sent back the first order and no money back as they said they would send it back. Call them again now I'm told they set another order. What the hell Is wrong with them. Who in the hell takes 5 bottles in one month. So if I was you I wouldn't order from the. It's to hard to get your money back. They tell me in 5 business days I'll get it back.

Flawed App

It started ok, except they charged me for what was supposed to be free with the Premium Plan. I finally got a refund on that. I had issues with the App resetting halfway through the walk. Support said to delete and reinstall and that would fix it, however I would loose all the data I had. For me, that was not a solution for a flawed product. Then, the App decided after a month not to go ahead with the next month but to add a 3rd workout to the existing ones I had already done. Support has not resolved that one. I had hoped to use this for patients wanting help with weight loss, but I CANNOT recommend this product.

Misleading Ad and Wasted Time – No Free Info as Promised

I responded to an ad claiming I could 'calculate how far you need to walk to lose weight for free.' I went through answering a bunch of personal questions, expecting to get the promised information. However, after giving all my details, they didn’t honor their commitment for free information and instead asked me to sign up. This feels deceptive and like a total waste of time. I wouldn't recommend this service if you're looking for transparency.

How I cancelled slimkit.health subscription

How I cancelled slim.kit.health. I fell for their ad and silly me subscribed. As always I paid with my Paypal account.

I received confirmation email from SlimKit and when I clicked on the link which took me to App, I found it odd they were asking me about my goals again and successfully getting it cancelled with assistance from Paypal. Quite frankly, the Paypal Support person told me it was good that I contacted them because there was no option for me to cancel it on Paypal and she felt its very suspicious.

I have been trying to cancel this app which I paid for but have never received for more than 6 months. There is no way to cancel unless you have the app, which I never got. They have charged my credit card $39.99 4 times and there is absolutely no way to end this. Their customer service is outsourced to a company called Just Answers which charges a recurring $41.95/mo to answer questions. Biggest scam and rip off I have ever experienced. Wish I could give it a zero!!! Beware!!!!!

False advertising, Numerous FTC Violations

False advertising, deleting negative comments from their ads, adding multiple new videos to TikTok under different company names, using the names of verified TikTok influencers without their consent, buying NUMEROUS fake reviews on the App Store. Their script states you can “take their free quiz to find out EXACTLY how much you need to walk in order to lose a certain amount of weight.” The personal information that you put on the quiz is free but your “answers” are stuffed behind a very substantial paywall. They also NEVER GIVE YOU THE ANSWER. They make you download their extremely shady, poorly built, USELESS app that is essentially just your phones pedometer.
