Waste of time and above all else money been taking them for 2 months now I had to give them a fair try I haven't changed any of my eating habits I'm still as hungry and even put on a couple of kilos buyer be warned stay away use your hard earned cash elsewhere

The ingredients are sound and I'm happy to take them for the vitamin and biotin content, however they do not help loose weight they will only loose you money.

My husband was stuck at 18stone 4lb I was stuck at 12stone 8lb we've taken two gummies per day and he is now 17stone 10lb and I am now 12stone. We have been taking them for 4 weeks . The first two weeks were slow and we thought they were not working but the last two weeks we have started to see results . The gummies have stopped our cravings for carbs and suppressed appetite. We are eating 2 healthy meals per day . This has made dieting much easier. We have been eating less and naturally preferring healthier meals and we have avoided eating after 6pm. We both feel more energy. I have been taking these for over two weeks and have not lost one ounce. Ok, I now realise that they are only a supplement and that the company states that one must exercise and diet. How misleading! What happened to their blur that after 7 days clothes will no longer fit? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I tried to get a refund but was told after 14 days it was too late.

Complete and utter waste of time. Even though I was already on a fairly rigid diet plan these things made no difference at all..in fact in Week One I GAINED a kilo. On the label it says take one in the morning. On another ad for them it says take two a day with food. How the hell are the manufacturers still allowed to peddle the lie that these work ? Some of the people in their “ before and after “ videos and pictures aren’t even the same person !! Absolute waste of time and money. The only way to lose weight is diet and exercise..end of. I have been trying them for two weeks and no result. My appetite is still the same. wanted to return the two unopened bottles and was told their policy is return within two weeks. The video above mentioned that we can return within a month. I will take it further if I don't get my money back.

OK pros and cons. I've been taking these for well over a week and lost a pound. Other than iodine there are no actual active ingredients. Yes they do give you more energy along with palpations, suspect not having thyroid issues myself that's why. As for weightloss they essentially speed up your digestion and bowel transit. Overall a complete waste of money. Why did I get dragged in.
