Never on time and quite expensive!!
They just cant be on time!! I tried two times, one saturday the guy left me 3 hours waiting. On whatsapp he kept saying "i'm coming in 30min, i'm coming in 10min.." but arrived 3h late and i could not wait anymore.
I gave him a second chance and made an apointment for my lunchtime during week, and i told him i had only 1 hour available. I came from the office to home, and the same happened. On whatsapp he kept saying that he was almost there, but was a lie. When he arrived i was already leaving back to work.
Not responsible people! And the price is also higher than the others.

Don't be fooled
First time used a service without reading the reviews. Basically, same as written here. On the phone 150-200. After that 200 +night tarief 45+ BTW to a total of 296. But it's my mistake as well. He said the lock is not fixable so the only way is to break it. He said the cost 200, didn't say anything about BTW, and I agreed. I should've paid the canceling costs and break the lock myself. Now, I have a broken door, damaged wall, and missing 296 euros, 'cause I'm stupid. Never again. EDIT: I googled it, it turned out to be a popular scheme done all over the internet.
