From offering free spins that didn't work to waiting for merely 10 minutes before receiving "CONNECTION CLOSED DUE TO INACTIVITY" when trying to reach out to customer service - AND MORE complaints that I have... have finally motivated me to reach out and complain. Given the fact that there are dozens (IF NOT HUNDREDS) of other sites to give your money to: THIS IS NOT A SITE TO GIVE YOUR MONEY TO.
Edit to address response: at their request, I tried reaching out to their customer service again for help. It was an even worse experience this time, leading to more frustration. They got me good. It won't happen again.

Out of nowhere it says my account is disabled for no reason at all, I reached out to customer service because I have money in my account that I need. I was told I would get a call within 24 to 48 hours and it's been over 3 days now and still nothing. This is ridiculous. I will Never be spending another dime with this site. They also cheat and will take your money for sure. The payout is horrible. This is the final straw for me. I would avoid this site totally. They do not honor their offers
When you go into their website, it says that they are a five star reviewed company on trust pilot. Not true! Anyways, I have been playing with them for a long time and today I logged in and they were offering 30 free spins to download their new app. I downloaded the new app and I didn’t have any free spins so I went to chat with a representative. The representative had no idea what I was talking about and told me to screenshot the offer. Problem is that it is not showing me the offer anymore because I already downloaded the app so why would they show me the offer again? I never complain, but I am tired of those chat representatives who don’t know anything and they take an hour just to respond to every single question. It’s because they are helping multiple people at once so they try to hold you with small talk like “ What is your favorite sports team?” Or “ Where do you think my family and I should go on vacation?” It is very irritating.

I wish I could give zero stars. I made made my first 50 dollars deposit played for a considerate amount of time. I made my last withdrawl request and then woke up to a locked accoung and a canceled withdrawl.
