Says 24-48 hour processing time however when I questioned this they say that's the period for the system to accept the request. The actual processing time is 21 working days. Requested mine on 29th June so will see how long it takes them.
Edit: Received withdrawal today which is 8 days later. Don't think they're scamming people but just very slow withdrawals. When I first withdrew was in my account same day in less than 3 hours so maybe this is a technique they use in hope you deposit again with them

21 days and still waiting for my withdrawal ☹️

So I recently joined sloty. First I won 300 and they sent it to my account no problems atall. I played again once I received my winnings a few days later and got lucky and won 2000 and the moment I hit withdraw they sent me a email stating to verify my self. So I'm trying to contact them but I can only speak to a bot which is pointless. I need to renew my photo id before I can send it to them but I need to know what else I can send rather then a utility bill? Feel like they pro long it so you lose your winnings as it says in there policy if you don't verify within 180 days they have the power to remove your winnings. So if it takes too long for my license to be renewed then I lose my winnings? Surely that's not right. I can't even speak to a real person at sloty to find out what else I can do. Its like if you win they will make it hard as possible for you to get your winnings but happily let you deposit. I know its not that much money but I would like to receive what I won fair and square, that's the whole reason we play isnt it?

Day 35 waiting for a whithdrawel shocking...

I am so dissatisfied with this site. Requested a withdrawal 14 days ago and still waiting. Received an email 5 days ago saying I am top priority, thought it would be credited to my PayPal account, not so, am still waiting. Fingers crossed it will be transferred soon. Still waiting now 19 days for my withdrawal

Wish I'd read these reviews before joining Sloty and I wouldn't have joined. Made a few deposits and won £225 - there is a fee to pay on that, which fair enough but I've never had to pay a withdrawal fee before. The withdrawal was made a week ago but I haven't received it yet - never, ever had to wait so long. Only had one email from them to say the withdrawal was under review. Tried to upload iD documents in case that was the hold up but they weren't needed as I was verified. Uploaded them by email to cover all bases though! I'm really despairing that I'll never get the money now. UPDATE: After an apologetic email from Sloty I received £219.51 to my Paypal account today. Thank you. FURTHER UPDATE: After risking another deposit I cashed out when my winnings were £50 odd pounds. My money was in my Paypal account the following day. Thank you.

I joined Mr sloty deposited was asked for my I'd all account verified I won some money went to withdraw u can't withdraw anything under 100 pound so played on won 100 pound account verified already withdrew its 7 days since my win u can deposit any way but apparently can only withdraw via bank transfer so withdrew during the week messaged them they said it can take 7 to 21 days via bank transfer and my funds had not even left them 7 to 21 days for any casino to pay out is a joke as everyone else can pay out same day or a couple of days still no payout still waiting no sign this company is the biggest joke ever don't use them the gd reviews I've read m stated was paid out in just over 2 days aye right don't use them it's a complete and utter joke

They make excuse after excuse and use small print terms and conditions to avoid paying you your money. They are a scam site the same as all of the Genesis sites. If you plan to play just don’t expect to collect your winnings if you get any.

Reading the previous reviews I was wary, but my experience has been the complete opposite of them. I deposited £50 and requested to withdraw £1040 at 9pm, 3pm the following day I received an email saying that the withdrawal had been processed and the money was in my account that same day.

I’ve read a lot of bad reviews which had me quite worried.. I recently signed up and won a bit of money that I was withdrawing.. but all I can say I I’ve not had any problems it took just over 2 days from withdrawal to money in account..

Hello there! First I wanna apologize for my bad English. Will try explain all my situation with all details. At 3rd March I made two withdrawal from słoty casino, *this was my 2nd and third withdrawal). First withdrawal come in few days without any asking of verification of documents. At 5th of March I revived email about verification, what I need to add in my account. Of course I add that, because for me its normal. So I add in website platform my passport, my both side of debit card and newest bank statement to showing my address. I received email about verification will be from 24-72h. After 5 days when I didn't receive an answer I came to live chat asking whats going on. They told me, all its good documents are fine and they apologize for delayed. In few days I should receive money in my bank. Nothing change in few days, so every days I was talking on chat was going on why i didn't receive anything, and again I hear apologize for that. In live chat at 12th March one of support member tell me to talk with they at 10am, because now they cant send request to doc department (was 4:40 morning), Im trying explain Im working that time, and if he can to that because I need that money to cover my debt. After that I hear straight answer - my account its self excluded because of debt and I receive email i request of that. (i get copy of that chat when I request just about money). Honestly, I dont wanna get nothing more with this company but when im Self excluded I cant talking in chat Im feeling now this was just to blocked my from live chat.

I send this same day email, expalin everything how Im feeling, how long Im waiting with pending withdrawal and verifcation. atter two days I revive email about my documents. Its missing now back of my debit card! But one week ago I hear in chat all documents its fine! So again I send photos and video (because probably they will told me its not that card). And again I get ready answer you verification will be from 24-72h....

I cant sleep everyday Im checking my mailbox and looking for any answer but nothing....

And maybe for you will be funny..all this two withdrawal its total for around 370GBP, for you maybe its nothing but for me now every GBP its important. I cant sleep all this stress around and everything was not worth to go play in that casino.

Requested withdrawal 01/01/21 and automated email said payout will take 7-21 days. After 19 days noticed the funds had been added back into my balance. Live chat and email support stated ‘sorry due to an error withdrawal was cancelled please make a second”

Now made third request whilst on live chat and still awaiting payout. Stay well clear people
