The chair was easy to assemble and is comfortable but the head rest is not.
As in almost 6ft, it is not quite high enough digs into my neck and pushes me forward giving me neck ache.
I’ll remove the head rest. It’s a shame as it wasn’t cheap but the chair itself is lovely and very flexible. There are lots of settings to adjust the chair which is great and it looks really nice as well.

I am 75 years old and I got tired of chairs I have to fit…
I am 75 years old and I got tired of chairs I have to fit and wanted a chair that fitted me. After much research I came across Slouch who offer chairs that are adjustable in every conceivable direction. They looked good, had great reviews and came at a price that, if the chair did its job, was very reasonable. Delivery was right on time and the chair was beautifully packed. It required 5 bolts (included) to put it together and that was it. I actually expended more labour just removing it from the box and I confess, I laughed out loud as I set about discovering all the which-ways that chair wanted to fit me. I set it up as best I could, and over the next couple of days, tweaked and played while these old bones sighed with relief and pleasure. I now have a fabulously well designed and made chair that will probably see me out and I am a very happy bunny. Thank you Slouch, with apologies for the delay in reviewing, we needed a little bonding time. Best wishes, Keith.

I saw a review of this company and it's chairs and as my old one had collapsed on me(plastic seat cracked, it was 10 years old) I thought time for a bit of comfort. Now retired and spending more time by the computer its fantastic, a worthwhile investment.

How I found buying from Slouch
It's the usual modern online experience efficient well done but impersonal and you don't know what you've bought until you get it. Not a lot of interaction other than ordering and paying, instructions as a bit sparse and a guide to the controls would be nice.

Great chair, I'd forgotten I'd even bought it because I am no longer experiencing pain! It's completely solved the problems I was having using my sewing machine for hours so I also highly recommend it as a chair for sewists. Excellent service and easy to build. Well worth the money.
